• Handling day to day transactions and maintain accounts
• Follow up on AR outstanding and maintain debtors ageing updates on overdue accounts
• Arrange payments to suppliers
• Arrange staff claims and reimbursements.
• Inter-company reconciliation and checking on transactions for management information.
• Quarterly GST submission.
• Handling of compliances and tax matters and liaising with the company secretary
• Monthly MIS reporting to management
• Managing Cash flow and treasury functions
• Managing GL functions and monthly closing
• Processing of payroll at month end
• Work closely with Finance team in India HQ
• Liaising with auditors for quarterly accounts and other reports
• Support on any other matters and reports
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field
• Those with more working experience will be considered for Senior Finance Executive position
• Knowledge in Financial Accounting Applications, preferably ERP solutions (preferred Navision) / Business Central
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible and willing to support on adhoc requirement of the profile
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Meticulous and able to work independently and in a team
• Mandarin language preferred to liaise with China counterpart
