Through our Active Ageing Centres, we engage the seniors within the clusters and support them by reaching out to understand their needs, curating programmes that cater to the needs of active seniors, and befriending isolated and vulnerable seniors.

As a Programme Associate, you play an important role in sharing our goal in the work of the AAC and assisting the Centre Manager in fulfilling the objectives of the AAC and meeting the targets set by the management and funders. You shall also look out for vulnerable seniors and support their needs.

The duties of a Programme Associate are as follows:

• Promote NTUC Health Active Ageing Centres' eldercare services and programmes.
• Conduct/support active ageing programmes and encourage active participation with seniors. The services include: conducting community screening assessments, organising and conducting active ageing programmes, provide befriending services (conducting home visits) and monitoring their vital signs.
• Where required, coordinate care and support services through internal referral or to external agencies.
• Provide support to seniors at outreach events and programmes.
• Carry out administrative functions such as data entry, record keeping and report submissions in a prompt and accurate manner.
• May be required to perform additional duties and work over the weekends or after office hours.

• Diploma or Degree from any discipline.
• Proficient in Google Suite Applications.
• Able to work independently and at the same time work well as a team player.
• Genuine interest to engage our seniors in the community.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Pleasant, proactive and highly accountable for the work assigned.

Additional Advantageous Skills:

• Good knowledge of various eldercare services and support in the community setting.
• Ability to converse in local languages.

The employee may be required to work on some weekends and weekday evenings when there are programmes or events during those times.

Responsibilities:

· Servicing and maintaining sales accounts and follow up on sales leads to increase sales revenue.

· Attend briefings to pitch for new projects.

· Conceptualize and prepare, with rigour – creative presentation deck, customized to clients’ needs and requirements.

· Manage project budgets and quotations for clients’ approval with clear instructions to Finance team for invoicing.

· Plan and propose workflows for every event.

· Key liaison between client, events team, designers, and 3rd party vendors leading up to the event, ensuring that both client and event requirements are met.

· Manage the set-up and production of the event on site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality event.

· Supervise and manage all suppliers and contractors working on location.

· Source for materials and act as a negotiator to obtain cost-effective prices from suppliers.

· Apply for licences, permits, insurance etc with the relevant authorities and insurers

· Ensure a smooth operation throughout each event.

· To handle multiple projects from entry level to mega huge events.

· Logistics management and inventory control of all equipment, materials, and any other items.

· Submission of Cost Listing to Finance team upon completion of each event.

· Follow up on payments with clients

· Ensure that vendor invoices are correctly billed before submission to Finance team for payments

Pre-Requisites:

· Creative, fun and passionate individual

· Minimum GCE “A” Level Graduate

· Proficient in Microsoft programmes – Excel, PowerPoint & Word.

· 2 – 3 years of experience in the event or hospitality industry.

· Internet and social media savvy

· Able to take “common-sense” initiatives and make sound judgements and decisions.

What will you do?

• Create and maintain automated test cases, test plans and test framework ensuring that they are up to date with requirements and policy changes.
• Co-create user story acceptance criteria.
• Create, maintain, and improve the automated test framework and test environments.
• Conduct testing on new features and file defects.
• Perform various tests such as manual/functional/performance/exploratory tests support UATs.
• Assist in resolving production cases.
• Participate in all agile ceremonies.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in software engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering or infocomm-related discipline
• At least 3 years of professional software quality testing experience with hands-on automation
• Strong understanding of testing techniques, risk analysis
• Strong understanding of test-driven development,
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (using Gitlab will be an added advantage)
• Experience with automation scripting (i.e. Java)
• Experience with open-source automated testing frameworks (i.e. Selenium Webdriver, Cucumber)
• Experience with open-source performance testing tools (i.e. JMeter, Gatling, Locust) or enterprise level testing tools (HP LoadRunner)
• Experience with open-source penetration testing tools (ZAP, Burp Suite, SQL Map) or enterprise level penetration testing tools (HP WebInspect, Nessus, CheckMarx)
• Working experience in Agile environment will be an added advantage
