An integral part of Work Dynamics structure is the Regional Account Director (RAD) role, which brings together multiple services to deliver comprehensive solutions for our clients.

The Regional Account Director is responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, establishing and managing the service delivery team, delivering key regional initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in processes, systems and reporting. The role also ensures efficient and consistent operation of all services to meet contractual obligations with respect to the property portfolio of the Client throughout the APAC region as well as build strong & sustainable relationships within the client’s organization. In addition, the role will drive innovative ways of thinking and working, constantly reviewing the best delivery models, along with upskilling the team, to enable a sustainable and engaged workplace experience.

This role reports to the Group Account Executive, and includes direct reports such as Regional Operation Director, Subregional Leads and functional leads (where applicable).

Roles and Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

Strategy and Account Management

• Contribute and execute on the vision and strategy of the JLL business. Be the face of JLL in the marketplace.
• Ensure that the account plan is implemented and aligned with client objectives.
• Be accountable for the profit, loss and growth of the assigned account.
• Be responsible for supporting the account in the region/geo/country by working with the local account teams and local clients.
• Work with the Account Management Enablement organization to implement the agreed account management practices.
• Provide feedback to the Product organization on the performance and gaps, if any on various Products and suggest improvements from on field and client feedback.

Client Relationship Management

Financial Management

• Be responsible for achievement of the agreed financial targets for the account; revenue, expenses and debtors targets.
• Lead the development of the property budgets and forecasts in accordance with the financial timetable.

• Responsible for collection of fees from CLIENT as well as tracking of outstanding payments.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in real estate, preferably with strength in Facilities Account Management, ideally with a focus around Employee Experience and Sustainability. Beneficial to have understanding in Project Management, Transaction Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Lease Administration and Workplace Strategy
• Has handled complex account structures, either running multiple teams, multi disciplines, across multiple locations and countries
• Has experience in handling client and/or Firm sensitivities knowing when to escalate with urgency, or how to de-escalate certain risks

GENERAL SUMMARY
The Residential General Manager of the Single Room Shared Facilities Project (SRSF) is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the programme/project, as well as the operational aspects of the programme. He/she is also responsible for critical communication with key stakeholders, in particular, the Housing Development Board, and asset management partner(s), ensuring compliance with project requirements and driving service outcomes. The Head of SRSF will also be responsible for managing the budget of the programme/project.

ROLES & RESPONSBILITIES

Leadership & Strategy

1. Provide leadership to develop and maintain capability for Single Room Shared Facilities (SRSF) Programme/Project to provide high quality of service deliver to meet the objective of the programme

2. Design/develop strategy and implement programme to meet the Key Transformative Objectives in accordance to HCSA’s SRSF service model to facilitate transformation and empowerment to break the cycle of poverty and disadvantage

Fidelity, Compliance and Governance

1. Oversee and manage SRSF to ensure all KPIs stipulated by Funding Agency and Service Agreement are met in the areas of operating the Facility and rendering assistance to residents

2. Set, review and evaluate targets, objectives, outcomes and outputs of the SRSF on a regular basis. This includes the use of data and knowledge collected from CRM if implemented

3. Plan and manage the budget of the SRSF and follow proper accounting principles and guidance from Corporate Office

4. Establish, review and ensure compliance with Risk Management Plan, Pandemic Plan and Emergency Response Plan

5. Provide accurate and timely regular and ad hoc reports and updates to relevant stakeholders, for example HDB, on the progress of the clients, as well as operational matters where relevant

6. Supervise the preparation and timely submission of monthly reports, incident reports, and any other reports as may be required by relevant skateholders

User-centric Service Delivery

1. Provide leadership over the day to day operations of the SRSF, and ensure that the safety and welfare of the clients are taken care of. This includes development and review standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure effective and efficient operation of the programme

2. Ensure that services are provided in such a way as to promote neighbourliness, and that social support uplifts residents to achieve stability, self-reliance and social mobility

3. Provide oversight on the progress of intake and referral to ensure that clients are referred to the appropriate services in a timely manner

4. Advocate for relevant social issues pertinent to users served by SRSF

People Management & Stakeholder Relationships

1. Ensure that all staff are well trained and abide by the HCSA’s philosophy, mission, objectives, and operating principles in carrying out their duties. This includes ensuring that staff resources are adequate and skillset matched to promote efficient and effective service delivery

2. Manage staff-staff and staff-client relationships, and mediate any issues that may arise

3. Collaborate with other teams in fulfilling global objectives of the programme

4. Manage communications and feedback from stakeholders and team members

5. Build collaborative working relationships with partnering agencies including HDB Zone/Branch representatives, Grassroots Organisations and other agencies on ground issues and activities

Others

1. Any other duties assigned by supervisor from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree qualification in social sciences, business or management with Certification or Diploma in social work, counseling or psychology

2. Minimum 10 years’ working experience with at least 8 years in leadership positions

3. Digitally fluent, familiarity with digital tools for data visualization, data analysis, report-writing and presentation

4. Good understanding of relevant social issues such as poverty, homelessness

5. Relevant experience in operational management of a residential facility

6. Good interpersonal relationships and management of stakeholder relationships

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Senior Social Worker is a full-time social worker who implements activities and interventions as directed by the Residential General Manager and conducts referral services with the support of social work team. He / she manages social and behavioural issues, mediates disputes and facilitates the building of positive relationships within the community. He / she provides guidance and support to social work team.

ROLES & RESPONSBILITIES

Case Management

1. Intake – interview and allocate residents to suitable rooms based on their profile

2. Referral – link residents up with the appropriate services (government, community, private etc) to support global objectives of building stability and self-reliance and working towards home ownership where possible)

3. Provide or broker access to needed support such as legal aid, physical and mental health and well-being

4. Engagement, assessment, intervention (referral) and follow-up of Authorised Tenants / Authorised Occupiers receiving social support through various means including conducting home visits to residential units

5. Support Authorised Tenants / Authorised Occupiers in securing permanent/long-term employment through partnerships with employment agencies, organisation or participation in job fairs etc.

6. Discharge planning and exit interviewsincluding preparing residents for eviction (subject to approval by Housing Development Board (HDB) and initiated only as a last resort) and working with relevant social agencies / MSF (Ministry of Social & Family) for shelter accommodation for residents before eviction

7. Record keeping, documentation and data entry

Administration and Facilitation of programmes

1. Organise and facilitate programmes to build Authorised Tenants / Authorised Occupiers’ stability, self-reliance and social mobility – e.g. community empowerment and townhall meetings, art and creative expression, community gardens, life skills workshops etc

2. Advocacy for relevant social issues pertinent to users served by Single-Room-Shared-Facilities (SRSF) including initiating and participating in research endeavours

Conflict Resolution

1. Attend immediately to and resolve escalated disputes between Authorised Tenants / Occupiers including making the necessary referrals to other service providers where necessary. To update Administrative & Operations Office for their documentation including action taken and recommendations

Management of Opportunities for Volunteerism

1. Facilitate volunteer initiatives within the SRSF community

2. Encourage Authorised Tenants / Authorised Occupiers to participate in local volunteering, fostering a sense of purpose and contribution

Audit

1. Monitor progress against relevant KPIs as required by funder and other stakeholders

2. Plan, implement and review processes to meet the achievement of KPIs and MSRs as required by funders

3. Ensure proper documentation is maintained, updated and reviewed on a regular basis for audit

Stakeholder relationships

1. Collaborate with other teams in fulfilling global objectives of the programme

2. Manage communications and feedback from stakeholders and team members

3. Build collaborative working relationships with partnering agencies

QUALIFICATIONS

Education And Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work

Roles & Responsibilities

Workplace safety and Health Coordinator (WSHC)

- Ensure the provision of the Workplace Safety & Health Act and any Regulations made there under are complied with;

- Promote the safe conduct of the work generally within the worksite;

- Promote good safety & health practices;

- Familiar himself with the Main Contractor’s Safety Management System;

- Inspect and rectify any Health, Safety & Security (EHSS) Non-compliance's at site;

- Ensure compliance of the in-house rules and regulation on safety, health & security by the workmen on site;

- Spend EHSS promotional activities to site team on weekly, based on the activities

- Conduct weekly tool box meeting to workmen;

- Ensure all administrative records; documents are timely submitted to the Safety Section (e.g. PPE, PTW, Security Pass Applications, SWP, Risk Assessment, etc.)

- Ensure to conduct In-house training to work team,if required special skills(SDS, Manual handing,etc)

- Alert team members of emergency situations and potential escalation of incidents and accidents.

- Carry out initiatives to support WSH programmes

- Conduct safety inductions and orientations. For new staff/work team on boarding to site

Environmental Control Officer (ECO)

- Prepare and submit a Site Environmental Control Programme to the occupier of the construction site at least three weeks before work commences on the worksite on deadline for the occupier to submit the Site Environmental Control Programme to the Director-General of Public Health;

- Inspect the construction site to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance of environmental health are in proper working condition and do not pose any environmental health hazard;

- Point out and discuss environmental health irregularities such as mosquito and fly breeding, rodent infestation, noise/ dust/ smoke/water pollution, poor housekeeping, earth littering, poor refuse management, poor maintenance of sanitary facilities, etc. with the occupier of the construction site and recommend measures to rectify such irregularities;

- Attend to all feedback on such irregularities and inform the occupier of the construction site accordingly;

- Report and submit a Site Environmental Control Report to the occupier of the construction site once every monthly

- Assist the authorities to investigate outbreaks of infectious, vector borne or food-borne diseases on the construction site;

- Organize campaigns, training courses and other activities to develop and sustain the interest of workers in maintaining good environmental health standards in the construction site.

- 8. The Environmental Control Officer (ECO) is responsible for introducing Environmental Awareness to all Workers / Staff at Site.

- The role of an ECO is to advise the occupier of the construction site on what needs to be done.

ü-problems or are likely to cause environmental health problems. He should report these conditions/ situations to the occupier of the construction site together with recommendations on remedial measures to be taken to prevent recurrence. The main areas where the ECO should pay attention to are:Disease-bearing insects and rodents;

Ø Proper disposal of construction waste/ marine clay;

Ø Noise, air and water pollution;

Ø Earth littering;

Ø Siltation of drains;

Ø Food hygiene in canteens;·

Ø Proper maintenance of septic tank(s)/ holding tank(s), chemical/ portable toilet(s) and other sanitary facilities; and Any other environmental health matters, such as wash bays, silt traps etc.

Earth Control Measures Officer (ECMO)

- Specific responsibilities and duties of the Earth Control Measures Officer shall emphasize on the following main areas of concern:Implementation of Earth Control Measure (ECM) Plan according to the QECP’s design

- Familiar and experience to lead the project team to achieve the PUB Environmental Impact Workshop. These environmental impacts arising from the construction works and proposed mitigation measures are: Noise, Earth Control Measures (ECM), Biodiversity, Air Quality, Vector, Solid Waste, Waste Water, Land Contamination, and etc.

- Work closely with and assist the Qualified Erosion Control Professional (QECP) and other stakeholders on all matters related to the earth control measures for the project site

- Devise the effective operation of earth control measures for the project site
Develop & implement a maintenance and inspection programme for the project’s earth control measures

- Update the QECP on any irregularities related to the project’s earth control measures which may require the QECP to enhance and/or re-design the ECM Plan Any other matters related to earth control

- Responsible to attend to, manage and resolve all feedback/irregularities with the relevant internal/external parties

- Create and maintain proper indexes for documents filed in records

- Document controlling of site records inspections and reports

- Assist the Project Manager/Project Coordinator in administrating documents, purchase orders and contracts at the site office

- Arrange for supplies to be delivered in a timely manner either to store or on site where required

- Update manpower movement constantly

- Compile the documents according to ISO requirements.

- Assist project team in liaising with HR for related matters.

- Handle with site stationeries ordering.

- Coordinate with site personnel and other related parties to ensure timely and accurate presentation of reports

- Any other duty as and when assigned by the Project Manager and Manager

- Communication in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associate)

Job Summary

Responsible for driving financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives across the regions, as well as owning Order-to-Remittance (OTR) finance responsibilities for trading units. OTR Fiinance – Trading units

• Oversee the OTR finance processes, including order processing, billing, collections, and revenue recognition, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Support quarterly project reviews, reporting on the project status, primary projects risks and action items required to mitigate those risks, and expected financial condition at the conclusion of the project.
• Responsible for Project P&L and Balance Sheet with monthly reporting to OTR Finance Manager & Project Manager. Ensure proper Quarterly Balance Sheet account reconciliations.
• Managing the quarterly/monthly financial closing for his/her project portfolio, including Sales booking entries in accordance with US GAAP and Revenue Recognition policy. Maintain accurate project accounting.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in Finance and/ or Project Accounting (recognizing revenue)
• Able to demonstrate their ability to partner with the business.
• Degree in Finance from a local or internationally recognised education institution. Those with CPA would be advantageous, but not necessary.
• Proficiency in SAP & Power BI (reporting tool that a dashboard).
• Those who have previously graduated from one of the following GE Leadership Programs such as FMP /CAS / OFLP are encouraged to apply
