Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of blockchain experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with any 2 of the following languages with the ability and willingness to learn new languages: Java, Golang, RUST.
• At least 1-year experience of working crypto exchanges OR 1 year of experience running traditional trading systems or forex/equity exchanges
• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to share/collaborate with peers
• Ability to hire and manage large technical teams, both front end, and back end, managing applications in all platforms including Web, Android, iOS, Mac, Windows, etc.
• Ability to write, audit and deploy code, and set up proper processes for other people to do this with utmost cybersecurity

• Responsible in daily deliveries to customers' sites
• Assist in day-to-day operations, including picking and packing of outgoing deliveries
• Receive and organize stock in the warehouse, which includes loading and unloading of shipments
• Any other ad-hoc tasks at the warehouse, including simple upkeeping
• Must have valid Class 3 driving licence (10ft / 14ft lorry)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day operations of the facility
• Schedule preparation, pre-planning and resource forecasting to all activities
• Monitor and control food management on site as to ensure proper storage and unnecessary wastage
• Foster positive communications and relationships with team members, management, vendors and clients
• Provide for site safety and security, devise and implement site policies and standard operating procedures
• Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures, prepare and file accident reports
• Supervise and evaluate staff, complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance, discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate
• Interview candidates; onboard and help in training new hires
• Set goals and oversee work to completion, schedule and track assignments

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
• At least a Certificate in Food & Beverage service
