· Work closely with Associate Account Managers and Ad Operations on day-to-day operational processes including campaign set-up, receipt of creative or tags, trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting and QA

· Work closely with Analytics and Ad Operations to determine root causes for customer success or failure and drive requirements for product or process enhancement and development as needed

· Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign

· Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage campaigns to success, high customer satisfaction and renewal

· Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research

· Manage weekly campaign status documents for review

· Work closely with Finance on billing set up and invoicing

· Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues

· Adhere to established processes and workflows, as it relates to campaign set-up and pixel placement strategy, creative execution (including dynamic creative), ad trafficking, campaign management and any troubleshooting necessary with pixels, creative assets and campaign reporting

· Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed

· Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight

· Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

· Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in highly critical production applications: Robotics and automations for Infrastructure as a service (IAAS) and Platform as a service (PAAS), experience in AWS, Infrastructure Automation Engineering, Azure and private cloud, ITRS GENEOS, Dynatrace monitoring implementations, Global transaction Messaging, Compliance, Anti-Money laundering (AML) systems, high value Payment Processing Systems, SWIFT RMA, SWIFT Alliance Gateway and others related systems.
• Production Technologist for bank's Platform as a service (PAAS) program to migrate old infrastructure to new cloud based platform. I work with Infrastructure Automation Engineering team and also provide support to global user community in using Marketplace portal which is a one stop shop for new infrastructure and related tools.
• Environments, platforms and tools: HP Cloud Service Automation (HP CSA), ITRS GENEOS, Dynatrace, Splunk, Robo-mongo (3T)
• Azure Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation - Certified. Incident management, Problem management, Change Management, Release and Deployment management and Event Management expertise.
• Experience in : UNIX, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Ansible, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure practitioner.

Guest Room Attendant (Hotel)

Working Location: Accessible via Bugis/Nicoll Highway MRT stations

Working Hours: 5 days work week, 9.5 hours work day with 45 minutes break, Shift work (Morning & Afternoon)

Job Description:

• Responsible for cleaning an allocated number of apartments set by the Guest Room Team Leader according to working procedures.
• Clean bedrooms change bed linen, vacuum carpet rugs, mop floors and replenish all guest supplies.
• Wash bathrooms, wash glasses, replenish all towels and bathroom amenities. Empty rubbish bin.
• Clean living rooms, vacuum carpet rugs, mop floors and replenish all guest supplies.
• Clean kitchen and all kitchen appliances and equipment, wash cutleries, crockeries, glasses, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Empty rubbish bin.
• Clean internal windows, door panels and sills.
• Maintain all Housekeeping cleaning machine and equipment in good working condition.
• Report to Guest Room Team Leader for any loss and damage to linen, furniture, fixtures and equipment
• Understand the essential functions of a mobile device or app to update status of apartments
• Put in and set-up rollaway beds and baby-cots, Deliver electrical plugs or any special requests by guests.
• Report any repairs and damages in need of maintenance to Guest Room Team Leader discovered in apartments or working areas.
• Maintain highest standard of professionalism, ethics, grooming and attitude towards guests, clients and other associates. Interacts with guests in a professional and respectful manner.
• Performs any other duties and special projects as assigned..
