A key member of the site/country leadership team who is responsible for all aspects of finance and governance. We are looking for a Head of Client Services Operations, Digital Workspace & CX for the Enterprise Business Group (EBG) to join the Strategic Services department to drive customer, service, and operations excellence. The Head of Client Services Operations will oversee our operations, L2/L3 technical, platform, field services, and end-user support teams across our Collab & CX, Digital Workspace Solutions (DWS), VDI solutions, and End User Managed Services. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving customer excellence, optimizing team performance, and ensuring the seamless service experience for all our users. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Operations Center.

Responsibilities

· Oversee the end-to-end operations of the Client Services Operations Center, including staffing and P&L, for emerging and established services in the Collab & CX, Future of Work, DWS, VDI, and EUC service areas.

· Develop, implement, and optimize customer service processes aligned with ITIL and ITSM best practices, focusing the team on service excellence, continuous improvement, and efficiency gains.

· Implement and enforce robust InfoSec policies and protocols, including managing Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), to protect sensitive customer data, and to maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.

· Analyze customer service data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost optimization.

· Enhance productivity, ease of operations, and optimize resources using automation, Machine Learning and AI.

· Manage and implement quality assurance initiatives and client service improvement programs.

· Keep internal and external stakeholders informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations.

· Achieve and maintain compliance with ISO/ICE standard certifications and other relevant certifications.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including StarHub L1/L1.5 call centre support teams (COps), and Cybersecurity Operations, Voice & Network Operations, and regional subsidiaries.

· Own the outcome. Drive customer excellence and team performance to reach business outcomes and to support ambitious growth goals.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in IT / Engineering / Business administration, or a related field, or diploma with equivalent experience.

· 10+ years of experience in a leadership role in a customer service environment.

· Industry experience in one of the following: telecoms, cloud management, infrastructure managed services

· Experience with customer service operations in a regulated (e.g., telecom) environment is a plus.

· Holds CISM, ITIL, PRINCE2 or other relevant certifications.

· Track record in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service.

· High degree of self-initiative, along with a "roll-up-your-sleeves can-do" attitude.

· Technical background will be a plus.

About the Strategic Communications Unit (SCU)

The Strategic Communications Unit (SCU) is responsible for creating, implementing and delivering timely, clear, concise, and effective messaging and communication strategies to enhance the corporate profile of SNEF and promulgate SNEF’s key messages across all media platforms.

The SCU produces and disseminates information, messages and publications to relevant stakeholder groups through internal and external communication and works to raise the profile of SNEF internally and externally through the development of communication and media strategies that promote the mission of SNEF. The SCU will reside as a dedicated unit under the Policy Division helmed by the Head (Strategic Communications).

Job Description:

• Online comms specialist
• Plan, create and publish persuasive digital communication content for SNEF websites and social media accounts that strikes a chord with the intended audience, and unique to the typical interactions of each online platform to grow an audience, build brand awareness
• Oversee site metrics for SNEF’s online platforms, interact with online visitors, and be responsible for creative design for SNEF’s online platforms
• Set up and optimise SNEF’s online and social media pages within each platform to increase the visibility of SNEF’s social media content
• Use analytical tools to monitor and prepare report on the impact of online communications activities, reports on developments, trends and attitudes on issues of concern to SNEF
• Support the coordination and implementation of SNEF’s crisis comms strategy

Job Requirements for Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager (Comms) – Online Comms

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (essential)

Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.

Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule

• Administer and implement the project’s safety, health and environment management system and monitoring of the HSE performance.
• Contribute on the implementation evidence to the company’s system certification audits, namely ISO, ConSASS, BizSafe and other applicable certification as required.
• Implement, monitor, and maintain appropriate safety measures in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act and statutory requirements.
• Advise the Occupier, Project Manager or any other person in-charge of the worksite on the applicable Safety, Health and Environmental legislation, Clients’ requirements and measures to be taken in the interest of HSE of the persons employed therein; with the approval of such Occupier, Project Manager or person implement such legislation, requirements and measures.
• Implement, track and monitor Safety, Health and Environment performance indicators and report on performance management and client as required.
• Inspect the worksite personally or direct his assistant to inspect the worksite on his behalf to determine whether there is any machinery, plant, equipment, appliance, process or any description of manual labour used in the worksite which is of such nature that is liable to cause risk or bodily injury to any person working or employed in the worksite.
• Discuss the findings of his inspection with the supervisor employed in the worksite who is in charge of the machinery, plant, equipment, appliance, process or manual labour and report such findings to the Occupier, Project Manager or any person in charge of the worksite.
• Assist the site supervisor in investigation of any accident which took place within the worksite arising from the use of such machinery, plant, equipment, appliance or manual labour and check the supervisor’s report thereon and the action taken to remove the cause or causes of such accident.
• Investigate into every fatal accident and dangerous occurrence which took place within the worksite and any industrial disease contracted in the worksite. Act as advisor to the accident investigation committee.
• Assist to prepare a comprehensive accident report for submission to WSH Manager and Project Manager within 1 working day in the event of accidents.
• In the interest of Safety & Health of the persons employed in the worksite, advise the occupier of the worksite on the specifications:
• for any repair or alteration to be made to the worksite or any extension thereon; and
• of any new machinery, plant, equipment or appliance to be installed or used in the worksite;
• Act as Secretary to the WSH Committee and assist the Chairman in planning and directing the function of the workplace safety and health committee.
• He shall initiate the management review with input request from the Project Manager /Construction Manager.
• Establishing emergency preparedness procedures in collaboration with Police, Emergency Response, Medical Services and interfacing contractors.
• Enforces all safety requirements and in-house safety rules and regulations.
• Any other duties assigned.
