The Finance and HR will be oversee the day-to-day accounting activities and full set of accounts, and also manage the administrative HR matters. PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance Functions

• Accountable for all day-to-day accounting activities and full set of accounts.
• Full accountability and accuracy for production of reports; including financial reports, cash flow management, bank reconciliation.
• To ensure all Procurement guidelines are adhered to in line with the Sport Singapore Financial Regulations, SSRA Finance SOP and Code of Governance for Charities.

• Preparation of AP and AR documents in accounting system, including submission for bank transfer process.

HR Functions

• Manage and check that all payroll matters are correct and in accordance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) standards.
• Process all National Service (NS) pay related matters.

• Manage and process all staff claim procedures.

SECONDARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

When required:

• Support the National team with administrative matters such as booking of flights, accommodation, visas and other requirements, when required.
