Requirements

• Degree in IT or related fields, with 4-5 years relevant information security working experience, especially in the application security space.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with modern software development life-cycle methodologies and tools including commonly used IDEs, CI/CD, container orchestration and operations.

ISAP/ITS Department Overview

ISAP IT Production Centre is an offshore delivery center managing IT Operations (RUN) for Paris, London and Asia. With over 250 people, it constitutes one of two main hubs for CA-CIB IT production teams. This setup is operated in partnership with a Service Provider, who provides most resources on site.

ISAP IT Production Centre is split in 4 departments covering the following aspects:

• INFRA: core infrastructure- systems and network services
• APS: application technical support
• Middleware: Data services and Middleware services
• End-user & Transverse: End-user Services and Transversal activities, including Control Tower, Global Operations Center and Data Security Services.

Position

The Head of Section for Data Security Services manages the RUN team and the related activities to data and endpoint security. He/She is the main point of contact for the service provider and the internal clients in the bank. He/She manages the budget for the scope. He/She is also responsible for the transition of the new services from other regions to Singapore and manages the project/transition. The role is a techno-managerial role and will have to be involved in DLP policy/rule modifications as well. He/She works with continuous improvement principles. This position reports directly to Operations Management (Distribution Centre & Gateway) Dept. Closely working with Distribution Centre Warehouse Team and Gateway Export Team, primarily handling and managing shipment exceptions (ie, Export Unsendables) and providing solutions.

Job Description:

• Formulate and update the standards and lists for Imports and Exports information (Restricted, Prohibited items in importing into Singapore, exporting out of Singapore) as regulated and updated by Singapore Export Controls / Customs policies, and destination customs regulations.
• Formulate, update on a timely manner and cascade Export document requirements as aligned and updated with Singapore Custom policies.
• Providing guidance and on-time solution provision and answering export queries received from multi-channel frontline sources (ie, from Couriers, Service Point leaders, Customer Service, etc).
• Review, update and resolve the Daily Detained & Ageing list export goods and contact the customer to supplement the incomplete export information.
• Be able to advise to internal or external stakeholders the full set of export shipping documents required, and any revisions or amendments required (ie, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, non-dg form, etc).
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders ensuring that there is a good and timely flow of information and updates.
• Apply pre-export inspection when needed; Audit exported shipments, contact customer, or liaise closely with Customer Service Team to obtain or supplement incomplete export documentation.
• Ensure compliance to customer’s standard operating procedures.
