We’re looking for a Algorithm lead to join our OTP engineering team, to drive the development and optimization of our algorithms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and accuracy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Algorithm Performance Optimization: Ensure all algorithms achieve at least 95% accuracy in predictions and maintain this standard consistently.
- Scalability Improvement: Enhance algorithms to handle a 50% increase in data volume without degradation in performance.
- Documentation and Best Practices: Develop comprehensive documentation and best practice guidelines for all algorithms.
- Team Collaboration and Training: Conduct training sessions for team members on algorithm usage and improvements.
- Innovation and Development: Propose and implement at least two innovative algorithmic solutions to improve current processes.
- Algorithm Review and Feedback: Establish a regular review process for algorithm performance and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
- User Engagement and Personalization: Develop algorithms that enhance user engagement by providing personalized job recommendations and insights.

- Work experience of 10 years above and speciliazed in the area with the experience of building 0-1 from the scratch
