The incumbent is responsible to design, develop and implement AR and FRDMP programs, scripts, batch jobs for AR/ FRDMP systems. He/she will work with stakeholders across various functions to deliver technology solutions to address their business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform impact analysis for upstream and downstream changes that affect the systems.
• Utilize programming methodologies and languages and adhere to coding standards, procedures and technologies while contributing to the technical code documentations.

• Involve in regularly maintenance activities, e.g., yearly DR drill, quarterly support for server or platform software patching, etc.
• Provide ad-hoc support for other IT service requests, e.g., data extraction, data alteration, extract system logic, answer to users’ inquiry about the data/logic in the system, etc.
• Manage, maintain, and support applications and the corresponding operating environments, focusing on stability, quality, and functionality against service level expectation.
• Evaluate the current system state, identify aspects which could be improved and recommend changes to achieve the improvement.
• Coordinate production release preparation, provide on-call support and afterhours/weekend support as needed to cover change deployment.

Job Requirements

• Masters or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Manage Information Science, Banking and Finance or equivalent.
• Min. 2 years’ experience on MS SQL Server development (SSIS packages, stored procedures, functions, triggers).

Job Summary:

We are seeking for an experienced SAP SD Techno-Functional Analyst who has been through at least a FULL life-cycle implementation for S/4HANA. Candidate must possess thorough understanding of SD-related Simplification items in S/4HANA and has played a key SD functional role in Testing, Data Migration and Cutover during their previous S/4HANA implementation. Candidate should process strong SD business background, has hands-on with the related configurations and able to perform deep-dive analysis to develop high quality work including functional and technical specifications. The AMS business manages 11% of the world’s airspace and with revenues of over 500 million Euros worldwide, is the global market leader in airspace management solutions. In Singapore, the business focus is the delivery and support of two key ATM solutions including TopSKY-ATC(HE) and LORADS-III.

This role will initially support the TopSKY-ATC (HE) product.

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Product Owner (PO) will lead and provide technical direction for a multidisciplinary squad working within a SAFe framework. The PO is responsible for the allocation and prioritisation of ATM functions to epics to maximise the value delivered by the team and ensure that the team backlog is aligned to business objectives as defined by the Initiative Owner (IO).

The PO will engage with key stakeholders, including; solution architects, speciality engineers (Safety, Security, HF) and ATM subject matter experts to prepare and deliver requirement and design changes with reference to a defined system functional baseline to satisfy customer needs and project/bid cost targets.

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As aProduct Owner / Senior Systems Engineer, you are accountable for:

· Set a clear vision outlining the squad’s purpose and develop a strategy tailored to the squad’s capabilities

· Organise the co-engineering of the Feature Team working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

· Define the work (Epics/Features/Stories) and create the team backlog into thoroughly defined and deliverable items without compromising quality standards
