Job Decription:
• Overall in charge of the HR department and daily HR-related operation matters
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge and implementing necessary changes.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments
• Oversee the processing of HR documentation, including employment contracts, job changes, and terminations
• End-to-end payroll processing using Info Tech Software
• End-to-end recruitment including curating a pleasant onboarding
• Updating of HR policies, employee handbook, and rolling out of initiatives, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and record-keeping
• Support on performance management
• Lead the annual performance appraisal process
• Liaise with insurers, insurance brokers, or agents to manage the purchase and renewal of group general and medical insurance
• Analyse trends in compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness and fairness
• Other duties as assigned by management including admin if necessary
Requirement:
• Knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act preferred.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• 5 years relevant experience in Singapore.
