· Position: Sales Executive
· Location: North Bridge Road
· Working hours: Monday to Friday (9.30am-6.30pm)
· Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,600 Basic Salary + Commission + Transport Allowance + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand the customer base within the industry.
· Identify potential customers and leads through various channels such as online research, networking, cold calling, and participation in industry events.
· Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their security requirements and propose suitable CCTV solutions.
· Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients to showcase the benefits of the CCTV solutions.
· Prepare customized sales proposals that address the specific security needs of clients and highlight the value of the company's CCTV products.
· Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients while ensuring that the terms align with the company's objectives and profitability.
· Any other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
· Prior experience in sales, cold calling and hunter role.
· At least 1 year of experience and Diploma holder in IT Engineering or equivalent.
· Prior experience in IT Solutions/CCTV/Technology is required.
