The TAM will drive recommendations through to resolution by working with customer stakeholders to ensure appropriate level of sponsorship and prioritization.

TAM Core Responsibilities

While the contract scope, deliverables, and delivery model of ACS engagements vary, the core responsibilities remain common regardless of the contractual basis, the technology (applications, core technologies or hardware infrastructure) or the customer’s deployment phase (project delivery, operations or system optimization).

The core TAM responsibilities are as follows:

Customer Management

The TAM is responsible for establishing and maintaining a delivery governance model with the customer at the operational, management and executive levels, as applicable. As the customer’s primary point of contact for the delivery of the ACS contract, TAMs maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, understanding and aligning their objectives and perceptions with the contract scope. Tasks include escalation management, orchestrating resources from across Oracle to provide resolution without need to escalate further, and serving as the customer trusted advisor, identifying risks where applicable, and proactively guiding the customer to successful outcomes in the use of Oracle technologies to support their business. The TAM is also expected to help the customer understand the wider Oracle Customer Services organization to enable their customers to maximize their experience and benefit of their Premier Support contract.

Service Management

Whether a project or a support service, the TAM is responsible for the delivery to the contract terms, for the effective and efficient use of ACS resources, achieving the estimated contract margin and burn rate expectations. Management also includes the distribution of documents and deliverables, accurate record keeping in order to support business management that meet quality review and audit expectations.

Business Development

TAMs communicate and manage customer satisfaction, perception of value and promote renewals and extensions of contracts where appropriate. They should identify other opportunities for Oracle to help the customer meet their IT and business objectives, and to support the ACS sales teams in pursuit of incremental business in existing and prospective customers.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will typically be expected to demonstrate the following attributes:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with minimum 10-15 years' experience in Information Systems or other relevant discipline(s)
• Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments

The Service Contracts Analyst oversees complex portfolios of service and maintenance contracts for a specific geography. They will be a key point of contact for contract management issues, responsible for ensuring contracts perform as intended, committed margins are achieved and exceeded, business through those contracts grows, contract improvements are captured (T&C, SLA, Pricing) either during the contract term or on contract renewals, risk is managed and appropriately flowed into the supply chain or shared with customers and that customer expectations are addressed.

The new Centre for Investor Protection aims to undertake independent research, public education and related activities to promote the improvement of investor protection in Singapore and beyond. Projects conducted by the centre should have significant implications for policy and practices relating to investor protection. The key types of research and activities to be conducted are:

(a) Practice and academic research
(b) Case studies
(c) Public education seminars and workshops
(d) Other activities directly related to the centre’s purpose

The Research Manager will report to the centre Director and is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the centre’s projects. This includes working with the centre Director and project leaders in designing and implementing research methodologies, analyzing data, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders; and overseeing and managing the writing and editing of case studies. The Research Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of researchers and student assistants and ensuring the successful execution of projects within established timelines and budgets.

The Research Manager is also expected to provide administrative and operational support for the centre, co-ordination of events, and collaborations with both internal and external parties.

The Signature Research Programme in Emerging Infectious Diseases (EID) aims to pioneer the development and discovery of new and more effective methods for the treatment, prevention and control of new and emerging pathogens. The key outcome of the research will be the early identification of new pathogens, out of which new diagnostic tests, treatments and control strategies will be developed.

This position is for a full-time Senior Research Fellow position. The Laboratory of Virus Evolution (LoVE) studies rapidly evolving respiratory RNA viruses including influenza, parainfluenza and coronaviruses. Our research helps to understand the molecular drivers of virus evolution and population dynamics, and their influence on virulence and pathogenicity.

The candidate is expected to play a critical role in generating and fostering a cutting-edge, interdisciplinary research environment. The candidate should possess a strong background in molecular virology and/or immunology, and will utilize metagenomics sequencing and virologic techniques to understand the evolutionary dynamics of different RNA viruses. The candidate will be involved in developing antiviral antibody therapies in the prevention and treatment of virus disease.
