Job requirements:

• Installing/de-installing/relocating all distributed systems and network hardware (CSUs, DSUs, routers, switches, encryptors, firewalls, etc.) in the Americas Data Centers within the internal service level mandates
• Installing/de-installing /extending/relocating/testing all carrier circuits to the network hardware
• Installing/de-installing/relocating all patch cabling for systems and network hardware
• Installing/de-installing/relocating all Data Center hardware
• Assist with the coordination of cabinet power, circuit, and patch infrastructure installations w/various facilities, electrical and communications vendors
• Assist with the coordination of network component configurations
• Coordinate and Install SAN cabling infrastructure
• Managing network ports and assist with the management of all consumable items (cables, labels, tie wraps, rail kits, etc.)
• Maintaining the integrity of the data center facilities, systems and communications environments through general housekeeping and best operations practices
• Provide hands-on, break/fix level 2 support for the data center systems and communications environments
• Coordinating and approving data center infrastructure change controls
• Ensuring compliance with data center standards, policies and processes for all non-DCSD sponsored changes
• Performing required compliance activities
• Producing network consumables updates and contributing to weekly management reports
• Coordinate activities in support of all projects and technical requests within the Americas Data Centers
• Manage CTI-approved third-party vendors in support of local/regional business service commitments and to assure adherence to Corporate and CTI standards

Working Time: 7 PM to 7 AM from Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until Monday morning 7 AM

The Roles

As a Senior Manager, Corporate & Consumer Affairs in the Singapore market, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the company's reputation and relationships with both corporate stakeholders and consumers. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that promote positive engagement, address concerns, and build trust among key stakeholders. Your role will involve closely collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Legal, Public Relations, and Government Affairs, to ensure alignment and effective communication. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze market trends and regulatory developments to proactively address potential challenges and leverage opportunities. This is a dynamic and impactful position that requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the Singapore market and its unique challenges.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Communication Management: Work closely with the Group Communications Director and actively participate in the planning and execution of group-wide communication strategies that span across all brands under our Group, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall business goals
• Brand and Reputation Management: Manage and protect the DFI brand and reputation both internally and externally, particularly in the context of change management initiatives
• Issues and Crisis Management: Lead crisis communication planning and response, effectively managing media relations and safeguarding DFI’s reputation

Qualification

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders

A. Overall Purpose of The Job

The Client Success Specialist is part of a Client Services team that will handle all requests and queries sent from our clients and sales team in the region. A Client Success Specialist is a front line, customer facing and customer advocate role, responsible for managing client requests, educations, questions, or issues related to all International SOS products and services.

This role requires a customer-centric focus, the ability to learn how our solutions can be configured including options, good grasp of how multiple products should be positioned as a solution and the ability to clearly answer a client request.

The role is also responsible for liaising with cross functional teams and projects as required, including but not limited to working with the technical teams, Sales Organisation, Assistance and operation teams, quality teams, product management, data reporting team, project coordinator to ensure overall client satisfaction with services.

B. Key Responsibilities
