Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and create visual assets for digital and print media, including but not limited to:

• POSM visuals and graphics
• Social media graphics
• Website banners and images
• Promotional materials (e.g., brochures, posters, flyers)
• Ensure that all graphics adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques to enhance the visual appeal of our materials.
• Work closely with the content team to create visually engaging multimedia content, such as videos and animations for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and more.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns and projects.
• Prepare, review and coordinate with appointed printing bureaus/subcontractors to ensure the timely production of all collateral, such as brochures, posters, e-mailers, web-based creatives, and any other communication materials across all platforms.
• Design and coordinate with the Operations team on POP material request, dissemination and stock management.
• Conduct product photography, DI and other necessary visual work.
• Work efficiently in tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of web design and multimedia production is a plus.
