General Description

The Account Receivables Administrator (“ARA”) is responsible for the collection of outstanding payments for Liberian Registry clients in Asia. Job description:

1. Handling full set of accounts, carrying out the responsibilities of accounting duties such as data compilation, bookkeeping, quarterly GST submission, corporate tax computation including tax filing Form C/C-S, prepare monthly management accounts, yearly financial report, or assist in monthly/annual budgeting and planning process.

2. Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, processing mail, issuing invoices, collections etc. Carrying out the responsibilities of accounting duties such as accounts receivable, claims or other accounting/admin tasks.

3. Handle inventory including stocktaking and inventory reconciliation.
