Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Changi. The Executive Assistant will perform administrative and executive support tasks for the company's senior executives. Daily tasks may include managing schedules, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, responding to emails and phone calls, preparing expense reports, and conducting research.

Qualifications:

• Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience in preparing expense reports and managing schedules

• Perform parts receipting process on time to ensure inventory holding updated at all time.
• Keep track of backorders ETA date and follow-up with supplier on delivery schedule.
• Prepare reports concerning on Parts Ordering & Receipting processes.
• Co-ordination with Parts Operation and Parts Sales Team for Promotion, Campaign and Projects

Requirements:

• Min O level with minimum 2 years of admin experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Words and Excel
• IT Savvy
• A team player and eye on details

• Possess Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Familiar with database, storage, backup/recovery, and server virtualization
• Familiar with HL7 v2.x, XML and JavaScript
• Familiar with Mirth Connect will be advantageous
• Possess programming knowledge (.NET / C# / Java) will be an advantage
• Possess strong analytical and critical thinking
• Have excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
• Able to organize and prioritize work based on strategic direction
• Is hard-working, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
