Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
2. Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong and consistent brand identity across all channels.
3. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and threats.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and public relations.
4. Drive customer acquisition efforts through targeted lead generation campaigns and partnerships.
5. Utilize data and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional development.
7. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.
8. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and collaboration across departments.
9. Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and standards.
10. Proficient in written & spoken Chinese as we handle a lot of Chinese counterparties (clients/suppliers)
11. good connected with East and North Asia is preferred.
Requirements:
1. minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
2. Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
4. Proficient in using data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize marketing performance.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in chiense with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas.
6. Stay updated on emerging marketing trends and technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
7. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
8. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding marketing goals and KPIs.
9. Good connection at East & North Asia region is a plus.
