• Is the responsible for the client’s Building Information Modeling global implementation

Governance

• Responsible for BIM standards development, implementation and enforcement in adherence to ISO 19650
• Automate project management routines in BIM to support standards and productivity through BIM collaborate

Vendor onboarding

• Ensure all vendors are onboarded to common data environment, BIM collaborate for document sharing and collaborate.

  • Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to Guests.
  • Acknowledge, greet customers and converse with Guests who approach the Cashier area of the restaurant.

  • Handle all cash transactions by accepting money, comps, coupons, and credit cards and calculating the change accurately.
  • Ensure that charges are correct, and that the Guests signature is legible.
  • Enter particulars of sales and payment into the POS system.
  • Account for Guest checks as either used or unused.
  • Complete required paperwork when handling comps, coupons and room charges.
  • Pre-number all Guest checks in a continuous sequence. The numbers of the Guest checks should be recorded in a control book subject to audit whenever necessary. All unused checks returned should also be recorded.
  • Group all cash and credit card checks for the shift and hand them to management at the end of the shift.
  • Prepare proper accounting for both the daily cash receipts and cash float.
  • Prepare daily cash remittance report.
  • Ensure the daily collections received are placed inside remittance envelope and put into Drop-safe with witness.
  • Be responsible for all missing checks and the cash balance of the cash register assigned, according to Hotel policies. Handle all overages in accordance to Cashier Variance Procedures.
  • Maintain count and balance of bank float at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Record all matters in the logbook and refer to the logbook at the beginning of shift.
  • Emphasize good personal behavior as per guidelines laid down in the Team Member Handbook and promote the spirit of teamwork.

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the management of all Operational Accounting, Group Finance Function & Corporate Accounting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring all accounting activities comply with group accounting policies and SFRS.
• Providing monthly management reporting, extracting data from designed and structured templates with visual basics macros and SQL embedded.
• Responsible for all treasury & cash flow management matters, including forex gain & loss and establishing & maintaining internal controls and financial policies & procedures.
• Responsible for all tax matters, including submission of tax returns & related obligations.
• Analysing the current/past trends & key performance indicators including of all revenues, cost of sales, fixed cost, and capital expenditures.
• Managing the finance team and liaising with internal and external auditors in relation to audit requirements and deliverables, including preparation of audited financial statements.
• Overseeing the subsidiaries finance functions both locally & overseas.
• Any other task assigned by Reporting Officer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy with ACCA or CPA with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within Distribution or Logistics industry.
• Experienced in managing subsidiaries in China & Indonesia and dealing with chemicals & rubber products will be preferred.
• Experienced working in SMEs previously and willing to work in a small team will be preferred.
• Knowledge of basic programming knowledge and SQL is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Access and VBA (Macros).
• Familiar with Microsoft Business Central (NAVISION) & Dynamics 365.
