• Have strong Planning, Coordination and Stakeholder management skills in managing and executing projects with significant Electrical scope
• Have strong understanding of field installation, construction, and commissioning of electrical. This includes quality control, complex troubleshooting, FAT/SAT
• Have execution Experience in a major Turnaround
• Have experience with HV & LV switchgear/transformer, motors, VSD, UPS, EDG preferred
• Are able to understand and articulate complexities and risks during new HV & LV system tie ins to existing LIVE distribution systems
• Have experience with PLC, SCADA/ENMCS preferred
• Have demonstrated experience delivering projects in an operating plant or other brownfield environment with a focus on minimizing disruption of ongoing operations
• Have track record for HSE leadership and delivery
• Have knowledge and experience in project/activity scheduling and interpreting cost reports for cost control tracking and intervention
• Have experience with quality and engineering documentation requirements necessary for turnover of completed installations
• Have knowledge of industry standard HSE policies and procedures and of industry standard Quality Assurance program requirements
• Have experience with Permit to Work (PTW) process as well experience with Request for Information process (RFI) for field clarifications and change management during construction
• Have experience with front line troubleshooting of electrical, defect identification and root cause analysis (RCA) or causal learning
• Have strong communication skills and ability to breakdown technical details to non-technical stakeholders

Purpose of the Role

Accelerate the Financial Lines growth in South East Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia, Phillippine as main focus)

Responsibilities

•  Exceed financial goals, P&L for S.E.A
•  Set up strategy for probable gorwth and execute to make S.E.A team to become the market leader
•  Underwrite S.E.A Financial Lines risk
•  Manage all Financial Lines risk referrals from S.E.A underwriters
•  Work with countries underwriters for all type of underwriting supports including, but not limited to risk analysis, supporting to prepare for referrals, seizing all market opportunities, doing regular training for skill enhancement
•  Bring strong relationships with key FL producers, understanding their unique needs and providing appropriate guidance and solutions and expand distribution channel
•  Engage with key local clients, growing long-term risk management partnerships
•  Represent Chubb at key industry events, showcasing our knowledge and capabilities in India or Singapore
•  Support regional Financial Lines team

Requirements

•  7-10 years experience mandate in Financial Lines underwriting
•  Excellent level of knowledge and understanding for all Financial Lines product including D&O, PI, Crime, Medmal and FI
•  S.E.A Financial Lines market experience is preferred
•  Proven track record of business development and excellence on achieving profitable revenue growth
•  Relationship Management: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong relationships with country underwriters, head office, distribution partners such as brokers, agents, and intermediaries. Track record of effectively managing key accounts, negotiating terms and conditions, and delivering exceptional service to clients
•  Risk Assessment Skills: Strong analytical and critical and logical thinking skills to assess risks accurately, identify potential exposures, and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies. Strong rationale and creativeness to develop new products and coverages by local market needs . Experience in conducting thorough risk inspections and effectively communicating risk-related information to stakeholders
