The Role Responsibilities

Job Role

· Work in partnership with the FM CIO and Head, FM Portfolio Management to determine the required investment funding.

· Accountable for the management and oversight of the FM investment budget and ensuring that the budget is managed within acceptable tolerances.

As a Legal / Senior Counsel of the Group, you will assist the Chief Legal Officer in handling all general corporate commercial and regulatory matters stemming from the Group's global businesses.

1. Draft and review commercial agreements / contracts with business partners and government authorities, ensuring that the terms are in accordance and compliance with corporate policy.
