We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Proposition Manager.
Principal Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for developing and ensuring the delivery & local implementation of the GPB proposition across the HNW segment in Singapore in partnership with the market Customer Propositions Team, and support from GPB Market and COO team. The role covers product propositions (in partnership with the product functions IWS and RB&S), coverage models (in partnership with Regions), usage of digital and client experience
- Take ownership of the proposition across the HNW continuum working with all key stakeholders to ensure an attractive and commercial offering in Singapore and appropriate evolution up the continuum from Premier / Premier Elite
- Work with regional and SG IWS teams to ensure appropriate Wealth products and services, and optimum use of delivery channels to deliver a competitive/profitable offering for HNW
- Work with RB&S product, distribution and proposition teams to define and ensure delivery of relevant Retail products and services and optimum use of delivery channels to deliver a competitive and profitable offering for HNW (eg: transactional banking, credit cards, call centre standards, fx)
- Work with Regional / Singapore teams to define the appropriate coverage model across the HNW continuum ensuring an appropriate cost to serve
- Align with regional UHNW Centres of Excellence and RB&S teams to support a logical proposition continuum from Premier to HNW, to UHNW and act as key interface into RB&S for services leveraged (eg: credit cards)
- Work with marketing teams and other stakeholders to ensure strong articulation of our proposition to clients and internally to ensure alignment
- Take ownership of the implementation of improvements identified by Client Experience team using client insights NPS framework, and working with COO / relevant stakeholders
- Ensure proposition team alignment with all other areas of Global Distribution – ie: sales effectiveness, collaboration and marketing
Qualifications
- Strong financial services knowledge
- Strong Wealth/ Private Banking knowledge including products, operating models and clients
- Structured thinking and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage upwards, escalate appropriately and prioritise
- Demonstrable experience delivering in global, matrix environments
- Ability to work laterally ensuring strong connection points across the Global GPB Distribution team
- Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to influence as well as developing strong and productive relationships with key senior management and colleagues in a complex matrix environment
- Ability to influence and drive prioritisation decisions
- Has worked in an agile environment
