9. Project Documentation:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
   Archive project documents for future reference.
10. Project Closure:Ensure the successful completion of the project, obtaining necessary approvals and sign-offs.
    Conduct project post-mortems to assess lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is typically required. Project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 may be preferred.
2. Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, including experience leading and managing projects, is typically required.
3. Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) is important.

The Project Manager is a central figure in an organization's project management process, ensuring that projects are executed successfully and contribute to the organization's strategic objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years product management or related industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience working on a supply chain product or in a supply chain operations function.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience defining vision and strategy for a product.
• Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
• Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones.
• Experience analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data.
• Requirements gathering across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution.
• Strong leadership, organizational and execution skills.
• Ability to influence and drive alignment with senior Leadership and Business Stakeholders.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and persuasively using data.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working on B2B or products with Internal Users.
• Experience using or deploying prominent industry standard supply chain software.
• Experience leading build/buy decisions and leveraging bought 3P tools as part of the product suite.

Business Development

Job Summary:

The Accountant is responsible for managing and the reporting of financial information of the company, directs the efforts, quality and timeliness of all aspects of the general ledger. The individual establishes and control prompt billing and collection of all accounts receivable items in order to maintain the lowest possible level of outstanding accounts at all times.

The Role

• Handle full set of accounts including consolidation of Group accounts and responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Maintain full spectrum of accounting functions, including general ledger and accounts receivable for the Company and its subsidiaries, oversee the account payable function
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns, liaise with tax agents on annual corporate tax returns filing and all tax matters both local and overseas subsidiaries
• Prepare timely management and financial reports with analysis to monitor performance against budgets and forecasts including monthly and annual accounts both local and overseas
• Assist in preparation of yearly budget and monthly forecasts
• Monitor cash flows to ensure that there are funds to run a healthy operation and coordinate all banking needs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting / Finance / Business Management or related disciplines.

Candidate with professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
