Job Summary
TIPSY TAVERN PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Shop Assistant to join our team. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of hospitality operations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead and manage the daily functions of our restaurant. The successful candidate will ensure smooth floor operations, uphold high service standards, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Daily Floor Operations: Oversee all aspects of daily floor operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff allocation, and table arrangements to ensure optimal service.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest inquiries and complaints professionally, providing prompt service, and managing the guest experience.
• Team Leadership and Training: Supervise and mentor the front-of-house team, provide on-the-job training, and ensure all staff adhere to company service standards.
• Inventory and Stock Management: Maintain inventory of supplies, coordinate with suppliers for timely orders, and ensure that stock levels are optimal for daily operations.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, monitor hygiene standards, and ensure the establishment is in compliance with Singapore food and beverage regulations.
• Financial Management: Assist with managing operational budgets, minimize wastage, and monitor cash handling procedures.
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Event and Promotion Coordination: Assist in planning and executing promotions or events, and work closely with the marketing team to enhance customer engagement.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare daily reports on operations, customer feedback, and staff performance for management review.
