Key Responsibilities:

Activation Management

• Respond within four (4) hours notice to a disaster area to act as Response Director, managing relief operations on the ground, or in rare cases, remotely.
• Direct Activation Managers and oversee the work of their teams, including Culinary, Distribution, Community Outreach, and Procurement/Logistics. Manage multiple additional departments represented on the ground, when needed.
• Ensure strategic and streamlined implementation of relief activities on the ground, operationalizing WCK’s North Star.
• Build and train local teams to meet our human capacity needs to feed the need, embracing our accordion model.
• Direct the scope of responses, programmatic changes, and activation timelines, in conjunction with the Chief Relief Officer.

Community and Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with local communities first.

Being embedded with the client, you will engage directly with the client to provide immediate support and consulting, and assistance with trust and safety issues.    

This a fully remote role based in Singapore and involves shift work on a “follow the sun” model and weekend work.   

Responsibilities   

• Use all-source intelligence (including alert feeds, traditional and social media, and in-house sources) to monitor security incidents and trends within the client’s areas of operation and locations to assess the likely impact on staff, assets, operations, events and reputation 
• Support the Client’s trust and safety function to monitor and respond to issues on or with the client’s platform.   
• Escalate security incidents to client stakeholders, following efficient and rehearsed procedures.   
• Maintain visibility on employee movements and their proximity to notable incidents and events, advising accordingly through required reporting methods 
• Participate in training and drills to rehearse incident preparation and response SOPs.   
• Support internal stakeholders with ad hoc reporting on geopolitical developments, scenario planning, forecasts and other related topics 
• Be an effective member of a dispersed small team, focused on the delivery of lean, high-impact services   
• Research and analyse a wide range of information to create insightful analysis in accordance with strict deadlines, including presenting and incorporating relevant data and visualisations. 

Requirements  

• Fluent in Japanese (written and verbal – with knowledge of terminology and slang used on social media platforms) 
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) 
• Bachelor's degree in international relations, Security Studies, Criminal Justice, Journalism, or related field 
• At least 1-3 years' experience in an intelligence or customer-focused role in geopolitical risk, corporate security, government, law enforcement or similar 
• Ability to interpret, organise and visualise data 
• Ability to determine how geopolitical and security threats could impact private sector operations, travellers and sites 
• Excellent research skills, with the ability to rapidly digest, evaluate and “sift” large quantities of information from a range of sources 
• Ability to provide rigorous, creative insight into complex situations 
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment and work in both individual and team environments 
• Excellent attention to detail 
• High-level competency with MS Office and Google Workspace tools 
• Must have the right to work in Singapore

The Client Delivery Lead ensures quality delivery of projects by Telco+ to our clients. He/she will support projects across the (1) Communications (Comms) and (2) Media, Entertainment & Technology (MET) sectors within Telco+. He/she will partner with the Client Service Leads of the two sectors, to bring together Telco+ offerings to solve the key clients’ most critical business needs and bring value-added services to ensure they succeed. The Client Delivery Lead has responsibilities that encompass managing business value, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders and leading multifunctional project teams.

What will you do? 

You will act as the single point of contact for the key client on all project delivery and managed services delivery matters, for areas in your care. Beyond projects and operational delivery matters, you are also expected to:

• Develop business opportunities to solve the client’s problems;
• Ideate solutions using technology and process changes;
• Create growth opportunities by considering the feasibility and sustainability of these opportunities and the core capabilities of NCS.
• Support the presales solutioning process, to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and deliverable within the project parameters & available resources
• Direct the right team across different Lines of Business (LOBs) to drive revenue, quality and customer satisfaction targets and ensure delivery.
• Account for the delivery services of the client’s account and be involved in the delivery of the programs that you are responsible for
