5. Reviewing manpower planning and monitoring of work schedules to ensure orderly delegation of jobs and smooth operation. Ensure to exercise effectively safe and economical methodology and enforces project standards
6. To maintain close collaboration with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and all stakeholders to minimise errors in the process to achieve smooth completion of projects
7. To liaise closely with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities and developers in resolving site issues and authorities compliance issue
8. To handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Requirements:

1. 10 years relevant working experience within the Construction industry
2. Should possess a minimum qualification of Degree/Masters in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent qualification
3. Ability to prioritize tasks well and able to work independently
4. Able to work under stress and complete tasks within set deadlines
