Operational Brand Compliance

• Monitors compliance of all brand signatures in hotel operations, including but not limited to music, scent, decoration, equipment and set-up of facilities and activities
• Fosters collaboration with various teams in the hotel to make sure that physical brand compliance is met in all guest touchpoints
• Liaise with Marketing to work on on-brand promotional materials for CX experiences and programming

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external on sustainability

• Prepare and review monthly closing reports, conduct variance analysis, and generate management reporting for senior leadership.
• Handle quarterly and yearly tax submissions, including GST filings and estimated tax computations.
• Process payments for vendor invoices, staff claims, and manage bank reconciliations.
• Monitor and manage bank balances, ensuring sufficient funds for payments and coordinating with the treasury team.
• Oversee administration of bank loans and facilities, including loan drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and settlements of periodic interest payments.
