Manage the media billing processes which involves,

• Co-coordinating with media planning teams on billing instructions
• Processing billing instructions with finance/shared service teams
• Mapping vendor invoices against billing instructions
• Resolving billing discrepancies with relevant stakeholders e.g. media vendors, media, finance and shared service teams
• Billing status monitoring and reporting
• Media plan actualization and reconciliation on monthly basis. Support Planners to update the media plans based on actualized amount.
• Participate in finance WIP & Precision billing meetings to make sure Client's invoices get processed and meet billing timelines.
• Maintain co-ownership of WIP report with finance team, ensure that jobs are progressively reconciled and closed

Other billing requirements include,

• Support requirements for onboarding of new suppliers
• Ensure 100% billing completion before end of following month of activity
• Resolve/respond to client billing queries

We’re looking for a highly creative, passionate and detail-oriented designer with 1-2 years experience working part of a design studio or creative team.

What you will do:

● Conceptualise and design for a variety of audiences, brands, and industries, with the ability to move from one client to another

● Produce creatives in a variety of formats and channels including static and animated content such as: key visuals, infographics and motion graphics

● Design for a variety of communications touch points including print, digital, OOH, and experiential design

● Ideate, film and create short form content for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram

● Participate in group brainstorms and working sessions

● Execute the visual style of campaigns from art direction, styling and storyboarding

1. Live Product Operations:

• Assist with the ideation and execution of live events and campaigns to boost player engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Support the Live Ops team in maintaining and optimizing ongoing game initiatives.

2. Product Analysis

• Gather and analyze feedback from the community to inform product improvements.
• Collaborate with the Product Team to prioritize features and enhancements based on community insights.
• Monitor community sentiment and gaming trends to provide actionable insights.

3. Market Research and Partnerships:

• Conduct research on Chinese gaming studios to identify partnership opportunities.
• Build outreach strategies and maintain communication with potential partners in the Chinese gaming market.
• Stay up-to-date on trends and developments in the gaming industry, particularly in the Chinese market.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Marketing, Engineering) or at least 2-3 years of experience in product management within the gaming space.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative data and metrics.
• Excellent English and Mandarin written and verbal communication skills, as you will be liaising with Chinese gaming studios.
• A proactive, agile, and goal-driven mindset.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Must be passionate about gaming. Interest in web3 is an added plus.
