Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare plan drawing and 3D drawing using Autocad
• To do colour scheme confirmation
• To tick off quantity of layouts
• Placing order for projects
• Prepare handover material/checklist for handover
• Prepare Master programme and ensure work progresses in accordance with schedule
• Coordinate all aspects of the project works with client, consultants and subcontractors
• Inspect work in progress on site to ensure quality is in compliance with drawing
• Attend site and coordination meeting

Skills, Experience Competencies Required

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• 0 - 1 year of relevant working experience preferred
• Fresh Graduate Candidates without relevant working experience will be considered
• Possess strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to multitask, possess good interpersonal and organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Office, Power Point, AutoCAD will be an added advantage

• To lead, generate & engage with new clients to build new businesses

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy for operational roles across all divisions, aligning with BreadTalk Group's overall business goals.
• Lead the Talent Acquisition team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management to ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring timely and effective hiring for all operational positions.
• Implement best practices in recruitment to improve processes, including candidate sourcing, assessment techniques, and evaluation criteria.
• Collaborate with brand and hiring managers across all brands to understand their talent needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and continuous improvement in hiring practices.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within the Food & Beverage, retail, or hospitality industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
• Experience working in a shared services or matrixed environment.
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment for operational roles.
• Strong understanding of sourcing channels, and recruitment technologies.

As a Data Science Engineer at Micron, you will employ techniques and theories drawn from areas of mathematics, statistics, semiconductor physics, materials science, and information technology to uncover patterns in data from which predictive models, actionable insights, and solutions can be developed.

You will interact with experienced Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Business Areas Engineers, and UX teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis projects and improvement of existing tools. In this position, you will help develop software programs, algorithms and/or automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources. There will be significant opportunities to perform exploratory and new solution development activities.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Strong desire to grow a career as a Data Scientist in highly automated industrial manufacturing doing analysis and machine learning on terabytes and petabytes of diverse datasets.
• Experience in the areas: statistical modeling, feature extraction and analysis, supervised/unsupervised/semi-supervised learning. Exposure to the semiconductor industry is a plus but not a requirement.
• Ability to extract data from different databases via SQL and other query languages and applying data cleansing, outlier identification, and missing data techniques.
