The Video Production Intern Role:

Are you a student pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Media Production or Digital Film? Sgcarmart is looking for a Video Production Intern to support the Stories & Branded Content team (SBC) in producing car review videos and car-related content for Singapore’s largest automotive on YouTube, with more than 400,000 views a month!

During this internship, you will have hands-on opportunities to learn and put into practice essential video production skills such as ideation, storytelling, pre-production, filming, editing, publishing, and using data analytics to track and improve performance. You will have exclusive access to the latest cars launched in Singapore, build a diverse and exciting video production portfolio, and expand your professional network in the automotive industry. You will also be given autonomy to film and edit engaging car-related content for Sgcarmart’s Tik Tok channel.

Requirements:

· Current Diploma or Degree student in Videography / Media Production / Film Production or relevant disciplines

· Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

· Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

· Basic knowledge of photography and videography terms like shutter speed, aperture, ISO, frame rate, audio levels

· Basic knowledge in operating Sony Alpha cameras for filming

· Be comfortable with shooting outdoors, reviewing and adjusting composition settings on the go (It sounds like a lot of hard work but we guarantee it will be twice the fun!)

Optional but advantageous skills and traits:

· A good sense of humor!

· Up to date with social media trends and current affairs news

· Basic understanding of audio mixing

· Some experience with using a gimbal stabiliser

· Eye for scene lighting and design

Client Service Delivery Representative

The Department:

The role of Client Service Delivery Representative is situated in the contract management team. This team is continuously adding value by delivering impeccable support on all contract related requests, both from internal and external customers.

Contract management is the central pawn in our order-delivery chain, with tasks ranging from creating contracts, enabling a good handover from sales to ensure on-time delivery for Leaseweb products and services. Developing and maintaining strong positive business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The work environment is dynamic and has an international character.

You will report to the Client Service Delivery and Logistic Team Manager and collaborate closely with our Sales, DC OPS and Logistic Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collates and verifies all relevant order information to ensure an order can be accurately processed and delivered on-time while ensuring effective and timely communication is maintained with the customer.
• Ensure that internal processes and inter-departmental processes are followed.
• Sets delivery priorities and makes schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
• Recognizes and mitigates immediate delivery issues and risks and improves overall delivery process.
• Builds customer relationships by supporting the customer during and in the weeks after the delivery to prevent churn and improve NPS score.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide coverage and support for other team members as necessary.
• Undertakes other duties and tasks as required.

Requirements

• 1-4 years Order-to-Cash (OTC) or order management experience. Experience in the IAAS industry is a plus.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration is a plus.
• Basic SAP experience and knowledge in SAP/C4C terminology is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in a Southeast Asian or Asian language is a plus to liase with APAC regional stakeholders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Business Administration/ Accounts-related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge in Sage accounting system an advantage
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
