• Monitor job progress and ensure that M&E contract works meet all practical, commercial, requirements of productivity, quality, and contract target completions;
• Ensure all M&E works are carried out within established budgets and schedules;
• Ensure all design work conforms to the codes and standards used by the client, or to agreed industry standards.
• Implement and oversee site projects assigned to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage internal and external contractors well to ensure the quality and scope of work are within specifications.

Requirements

• Min 5 years of A & A new build warehouse projects relevant working experience
• Good communication skills and a team player
• Positive working attitude and highly adaptable

The Service Delivery Director shall be the single point of contact for the services to be delivered under this Contract and be present at all management meetings. If he is not available, he shall be duly represented by a person of higher authority, who shall have good knowledge of the services to be delivered, status and issues under this contract.

The Service Delivery Director is required to manage a large team of over 100 resources and have strong technical background to manage the complex environment.
 

Project Delivery

• Review the project lifecycle (initiation, plan, execution, completion)
• Review project schedules, quality plans, budgets, and communication and risk management plans
• Manage issues arising out of scope definition and subsequent disputes that impacted scope, schedule and cost
• Manage issues arising from integration of various components of the project including hardware, software installation, testing, business process review, redesign, application development, migration and data conversion etc.
• Oversee the implementation of the project with regard to schedules, budget, manpower and quality
• Resolve project overrun issues with Senior Management
• Monitor and report on project management progress
• Manage resources in terms of mobilizing resources during different periods of time from team to team to maximize productivity or minimize wastage

Customer/Vendor Management

• Manage contracts and subcontractors
• Effectively engaged stakeholders in project decisions and execution
• Build long-term customer relationships by anticipating and exceeding customer’s expectation
• Negotiate with customers on change control mechanism to meet schedules and prioritize changes based on business needs

Business Development

• Proactively identify opportunities for further expansion or improvement of services delivered to the customer and liaise with the Account Manager(s) for development of that opportunity
• Be involved in pre-sale activities

Team Management

• Provide leadership to the project team to ensure that proposals/ enhancements are fully analyzed and evaluated for benefits and costs
• Provide the project team with accurate information about business needs and priorities as well as details about business systems
• Participate in leadership activities and providing performance feedback and developmental coaching
• Monitor and improve team performance, conduct team building, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management

Key Responsibilities

Animation & Product Launches:

• Align the brand direction for each launch with the regional vision to ensure relevant visual merchandising outcomes that supports the marketing strategy.
• To submit forecasting of launch POSM and testers based on marketing priorities and budget.
• Design and create visual merchandising displays based on launches needs in all POS and to manage the production and delivery to stores.
• Consolidate POSM orders that requires local fabrication for all launches.
• Update planogram for all stores and formats based on Merchandising plan and aligning with Marketing team.
• Preparation of visuals for various formats utilizing brand guidelines and manage vendors in the process and ensure visuals are installed on planned launch date.
• Preparation of comprehensive and clear launch fitting guide relevant for all stores for BC to follow.
• To provide asset creation and graphic layout for all launches and related market event setup.
• Consolidate launch reports for submission to Regional team and photos update on Flash report.
• To submit Sephora VM planograms for every launch changeover.
• To work with suppliers on VM POSM production for animation and events setup.
• Setup of animation and events.

Openings/ Renovation:

• To create a store brief when there is a new store opening or renovation.
• To plan the visual merchandising aspects of a new store by preparing the planogram, category organization and visual elements of the store.
• Assist in sourcing and ordering of merchandising elements, manage the production processes, timeline and quality.
• Align store’s needs with regional direction in the presentation of products and visuals.
• Preparation of comprehensive and clear store opening fitting guide for setup team to follow.

Forecasting, Inventory Management & Budget:

• To manage long-term planning for planograms based on the product assortment plan to identify POSM needs and allocation for PH network.
• To consolidate and submit forecasting of generic and permanent POSM based on above, while validating warehouse stock levels to ensure accurate forecast.
• Track status of orders and ensure timely delivery of POSMs to each store.
• Work with logistics team to align allocation plans for markets and ensure healthy POSM stock levels.
• Manage local production to fulfill store needs where necessary.
• Manage and track cost spending with every launch VM (F24, F27) budget.

The Intern Business Analyst TR APAC LVMH Beauty will support Regional Finance Director Travel Retail Beauty APAC mainly for internal multi-brands data consolidation & reporting:

• multi-brands new BI data base set up in the region (upload historical data + data checking)
• reporting / consolidation (Monthly SyRUS Extraction P&L : all TR entities)
• price corridor extraction from IT system
• support LVMH TR APAC Business analyst to revamp monthly market file estimation
• other Ad hoc analysis
