Job Description

• Demand forecasting: Planning of monthly forecast and stock ordering. Predicting customer buying trends and ensuring that the right products are available in the right quantities at the right time.
• Inventory management: Optimizing inventory levels to minimize storage costs and avoid over stock or out of stock. Monitor stock balances to ensure sufficient fulfilment to the trade channels.
• Transportation planning: Prepare necessary shipping documentations and selecting the most efficient and cost-effective routes for shipping goods.
• Shipping management: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with suppliers, 3PL & forwarders for shipments to/from overseas.
• Vendor and stakeholder management: Liaising with suppliers, 3PL & internal department stakeholder such as sales and warehouse team to ensure smooth inventory operations.
• Data analysis: Using data to identify trends, track performance, and make informed decisions.

Requirements

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP system is an advantage.

We are looking for experienced candidates who can provide body therapy or foot reflexology to our customers without supervision. Remuneration will be assessed based on candidates experience and skill sets. Candidates would require a minimum of 2 years experience in related field are welcome.
