• Investigating & troubleshooting root causes via problem management
• Responding to L1 and L2 escalations
• Creating, reviewing, maintaining and updating documentation
• Planning and managing infrastructure for planned releases and business Continuity and practices.

Key Requirements

• Enterprise Server Build/Support experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2022
• Experience supporting VMware virtual infrastructure. Proficiency with vSphere, vSAN, and other VMware products and platforms
• Strong scripting experience. PowerShell proficiency and experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Ability to write and speak clearly and concisely about technical topics
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Financial / Banking company experience preferred.

• Report on teh status of accounts payable and receivable
• Invoice preparation and follow-up, financial statement reconciliation
• Update internal accoounting databases and spreadsheets
• Responsible for management and budgeting of cash flows
• Review effectiveness of internal controls with respect to payment cycle
• Updating of cashbook and timely posting to teh General Ledger
• Assist in the monthly closing of accounts including preparation of accounting journals and quarterly GST filing
• Handle general office adminsitration matters
• Asssit in other ad-hoc projects as required

Job Scope

• Prepare schematic design, site installation layout, calculations, technical reports and specifications etc for automation equipment panel.
• Liaise with external consultant teams, contractors and suppliers to resolve project electrical design issues.
• Generate BOM and RFQ document.
• Communicate with contractor for automation equipment panel fabrication.
• Prepare factory acceptance test document for automation equipment panel.
• Responsible for liaising with Project Manager on automation equipment panel acceptance before ship to site.
• Provide support on site installation.
• Updating of Circuit diagram, Control device and Equipment Installation layout.
