Procurement

Purchase Requisition (PR)

• Creation of Purchase Requisition (PR) and liaising with requesters from various departments (charge code, amount, contract fund utilization, delivery location)
• Monitor and follow up on PR status
• Preparation of PR & PO listing on bi-weekly basis
• Ensure open PRs are closed timely
• For CAPEX and visibility: to check against CAPEX availability and visibility fund in CMS

Goods Received (GR)

• Review completeness of Purchase Order (PO) invoices within Invoice Processing Portal (Esker)
• Perform 3-way match between Delivery Order (DO), PO and invoices.
• Compilation of supporting documents and providing comments when necessary
• Posting of GR
• Attached all relevant documents (DO, etc) in SAP, and file all documents
• Submits non-PO invoices to Esker

POSM Management

• Weekly inventory reconciliation and upload to system
• Handle delivery/collection requests from various departments
• Monitor and follow up with POSM movement including liaising with 3rd party Warehouse & Logistic on collections & deliveries.
• Monthly Inventory reconciliation
• Creation of material code for New POSM registration, including the maintenance of master list
• Handle incoming shipments for POSM related PO, including liaising with approved forwarder
• Inform 3rd party Warehouse on incoming shipment with information on the POSM for their GR
• Liaise with Marketing Team and review of POSM for disposal on quarterly basis

• Communicate with the client, contractor, and subcontractors about project-related issues to guarantee the site work is completed smoothly.

The opportunity

As EY continues to grow our Alliances, we need an APAC based APAC Alliance Relationship Associate Director (ARD) who can work with SAP coordinating with the respective Alliance Go to Market Leaders to manage the day to day aspects of the select alliance relationships – including relationship collaboration and governance, alliance program oversight, contracts and compliance management and performance intelligence. Your key responsibilities

Your role will sit within the Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship team that provides alliance management oversight for the top EY alliances. Specifically, the APAC SAP ARD will work as part of the Global and APAC SAP Alliance teams working directly with Alliance Global Go-to-Market Alliance Leadership, counterparts within the alliance partner’s organization and EY’s delivery practices to coordinate and deliver upon of the objectives of the alliances.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

· Develop and execute APAC SAP alliance strategy and objectives for the defined Field of Play

· Facilitate top to top APAC SAP alliance relationships and program management to mobilize on big strategic bets, accelerate field engagement, and drive action including executing APAC SAP Alliance Governance Activities for the Field of Play

· Drive results through disciplined, industrialized APAC SAP wide governance with clear accountability across APAC SAP level Service Line/practice, sectors, accounts/regions and alliance counterparts

· Execute alliance APAC SAP Business reviews, sharing progress with others in similar roles around the globe

· Gain access to alliance APAC SAP level programs and deploy alliance partner programs into APAC IA, driving local activation and compliance

· Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate Financial reporting, and metrics as needed for individual alliance partner impact/influence

· Activate new countries and regions across APAC SAP ensuring proper governance is in place, e.g. supporting business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence and enabling alliance contracts

This role is optimally based in the Australia, although location is flexible. You can anticipate a mix of virtual work along with regular coordination with other team members across APAC SAP and across the Globe. The role will require some travel.
