Responsibilities
• Participate in UAT for projects within the department
• Manage tenancy agreements for expatriates which includes new applications and renewal
• Process claims on Travel Expense, Entertainment & Gift expense and other miscellaneous claims
• Checking of invoices and inputting of expense payment into systems
• Daily verification and EOD reconciliation between systems
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports
• Process incoming swift messages and constructing of outgoing swift messages
• Updating of EMS database
• Reconciliation and monitoring of cash card balance, petrol card transactions and overtime for company drivers
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement
• Diploma/ Degree's holder in any discipline
• Previous working experiences as Admin and Account Payable are preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• A strong and driven team player

Job Descriptions

• Perform review and Master Asset Tree tagging of the contract breakdown related to construction, additions & alteration works and common costs of development project for cost allocation and asset capitalisation purpose.
• Facilitate in retrieval of supporting documents and seek clarification on the contracts from multiple parties (e.g, Development Contracts & Cost Control team, CE Planning, Design & Control team as well as Project Management team) so to understand nature of contract works and perform review and tagging accurately.
• Coordinate and assist in the annual fixed asset sighting exercise to ensure existence and completeness of asset sighting. Job Summary:
Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding ordering and/or delivery of parts and provisioning products or related services. Analyzes and processes material returned from customers. Analyzes customer parts requirement inquiries, facilitates responses and resolves delivery problem. Maintains customer relationships. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reviews customer purchase orders to assess requirements.
• Process and maintain customer purchase orders (e.g., order entry, etc.) inputting in the ERP system and portal management.
• Interacts with the different positions in the warehouse as well as with other functions such as Sales and Quality to ensure that orders are resolved in an acceptable time frame.

• 2-4 years of related work experience
