1. Cost Tracking and Analysis:

• Support accounts receivable (AR) tracking by updating records and ensuring timely invoicing.
• Organize and document all invoices for easy access and retrieval.

6. Customer Service and Issue Resolution:

• Address customer inquiries and disputes related to invoices, handling adjustments and clarifying any incorrect charges.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and customer care to resolve invoicing issues promptly and enhance customer satisfaction
