Responsibilities

The International Tax Manager will report directly to the Head of Tax – Asia Pacific. As a member of the Corporate Tax team located in Singapore, the International Tax Manager will primarily be responsible for managing tax planning, compliance and controversy in APAC. This will involve driving tax initiatives and technology, reviewing tax processes, helping with tax audits in the region and supporting the business teams in tax matters. Responsibilities

• Maintain oversight and co-ordination of tax compliance activities outsourced to external service providers in the Asia Pacific region, including the review of tax returns and tax forecast calculations, as well as technical analysis in support of statutory audit
• Ensure transfer pricing obligations (e.g. documentation) are fulfilled under local transfer pricings laws and regulations
• Provide tax advisory and project management support on ad hoc tax projects as assigned. This can include tax treaty applications and responding to internal and external tax queries
