Job Description

· Liaise with service providers (such as airlines, land operators, hotel) and sending reservation requests to service providers

· Monitor ticketing deadline and air tickets issuance, GDS tickets stock requisitions

· Interaction with suppliers and business partners to settle and finalize logistical requirements for outbound tour groups

· Take note of special requests for seat preferences and dietary restrictions

· Generate Group Sales (GS) and budget costing.

Job Requirements

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a travel & tourism company

· Good command of English & Chinese to deal with overseas business partners.

This role resides in the Group Sustainability division. You will be involved in several workstreams, but the main role is to support environmental and social risk assessments for projects, including the sustainable finance and human rights work streams. This role will require you to work in close partnership with several internal teams and external stakeholders / consultants.

Responsibilities include:

• Environmental and social risk management:

1. Conduct environmental and social risk assessment for projects
2. Review ESIA / ESDDs and ESMPs and advice project teams on follow-up mitigation actions to manage environmental and social risks

• Sustainable finance:
