Key Tasks / Responsibilities:

The role is to be based in China majority of the time with frequent travelling.

1. Strategic Mills Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with mills to enhance business opportunities.

1. Domestic Sales (particularly with CNOOC):

• Manage a team of 2 Business Development Managers (BDMs) focusing on domestic sales.
• Work with Strategic Mill Partners or channels in Central Asia to drive sales growth.

1. Breakthrough in Chinese CCUS and/or Geothermal:

• Lead efforts to penetrate the Chinese Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) market and/or the geothermal sector, as well as other relevant decarbonization activities.

1. Oversee Customer Service and Customer's Project Teams in Wuxi:

• Manage a team of 4 direct reports to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and project success.

1. Asia Pacific Executive Team:

• Be an active member of the Asia Pacific Executive Team.
• Responsible for yearly budget planning, participate in strategy meetings and conduct monthly operations reviews.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Early Intervention for Children (EIC) Services helps equip children with motor, communication, social, self-help and cognitive skills. THK EIC involves structuring classes around small groups encompassing early childhood special education, social work and therapy support services to stimulate their adaptive functioning and school readiness skills.

The main responsibility of the Assistant Teachers are to support teachers in achieving the Centre and programme goals in close partnership with the Therapists, Social Workers, Psychology Associates, Administrative Staff and Families of the children.

Reports to the Principal Lead Teacher and/ or Senior Teacher.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist Lead Teachers to:

• Co-teach an effective education programme for the class to meet every child's IEP.
• Brainstorm and plan activities to support students' learning
• Prepare teaching resources
• Ensure students are well supervised during contact time in the centre /classroom.
• Manage students' behavior
• Carry out recommended therapeutic interventions.
• Receive and discharge the students before and after class
• Maintain a clean, tidy, safe and conducive learning environment e.g. tidying up the classroom after class
• Supervise the Teacher Aides under their charge
• Attend workshops and in-service training
• Maintain good communication with parents and make each parent feel at ease with/ at the programme

• Non-related Diploma in any discipline

JD for QAQC Assistant

• Perform incoming, intermediate and final product quality check – physical, sensory and chemical analysis on product
• Compare findings with specifications to ensure conformance
• Ensure operational activities are according to established SOP’s and work instructions
• Assist in pest control and fumigation follow-up including pre-checking and post-checking of stocks
• Assist in regulatory documentation checking, updating and filing
• Assist in internal and external quality audit, check and inspection
• Cross-departmental coordination in product checking and testing
• Issue, compile and track all non-conformance reports, including proposing remedial action for any non-conformance jobs, customer issues and complaints relating to quality
• Liaise with external parties on calibration of equipment and lab testing
• Prepare and check on samples for customers
• Monitor incoming and outgoing containers to third party warehouse
• Arrange for daily collections of products from third party warehouse

The Global Account Representative (GAR) is responsible managing customer relationships with global strategic accounts based in Singapore. This role also includes overseeing the customer's global footprint within a designated region, geography, or locations. The GAR will implement a targeted growth strategy for each account to create value for the customer by leveraging Pall's resources, thereby achieving competitive differentiation and profitable growth. Additionally, the GAR will be responsible for achieving core growth (orders and shipments) within the allocated SG&A for specific global strategic accounts or their sections/parts.

This position reports to the Global Strategic Account Managers - MGAM and is part of the Global Strategic Accounts Team, located in Singapore - Benoi, and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: ​

• Develop and implement account strategies and plans to achieve order, revenue, and margin projections for assigned accounts, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and presenting a unified “one face to the customer.”
• Maintain and execute strategies and opportunities, regional/geographic synergies, and negotiated commercial terms while monitoring competitive activity and reporting to the Global Account Manager.
• Keep detailed customer profiles and SWOT analyses for assigned accounts, leveraging internal resources such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to effectively serve the customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior management and decision-makers in assigned accounts, identifying unmet customer needs and collaborating with Technology, Marketing, and Sales for new product development.
• Contribute to the development of new products, applications, acquisitions, and alliances, and participate in the creation and execution of business plans for strategic accounts, driving the promotion and sales of new products.

The essential requirements of the job include​:

• Min 3 years of experience in sales account management experience within the Semiconductor Industry
