Reporting to Associate Director (Quality & Programme Management), the incumbent shall assist in ensuring efficient operations and the seamless end-to-end administration of our programmes.

Job Responsbilities

• Working with Instructors and vendors on the scheduling.
• Responsible for coordinating all events/programmes administration and logistics, including activities relating to participant registration, instructor/class confirmation, venue/classroom setup, food catering and related parties liaison to ensure successful execution of each event/programme.
• Track applications and manage all invoicing/payment matters with respect to participants and service providers.
• Ensure supporting documents adhere to grant requirements and regulations.
• Prepare and upload the supporting records onto TPGateway and endure the submission adhering to the funding agency requirements and deadlines.
• Log cases (if any) to the funding agency and track the cases till closure.
• Liaise with Finance on grant-related matters, e.g. grant disbursement.
• Issue e-certificates to qualified participants.
• Compile and generate programme feedback reports and statistics, provide and present accurate grant-related reports and updates.
• Manage compliance with Information and Data Management requirements.
• Support the Systems Management team on grant automation projects.
• Attend to email and phone enquiries.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable university.

HSSE

• Maintaining HSSEQ management system documentation, manuals, procedures, forms, checklists, risk assessments, and statistics.

• Coordinates and communicates with Customers on HSSEQ projects/programs.

Quality

Training Executive

• Monitor and report on seafarer training programs organized by external and internal stakeholders to support & achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with the main training service providers used by the Company.
• Select, and assign (under guidance from the Manager) instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self-study courses, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play, and computer-based training.
• Organize and maintain training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational material.
• Monitor and record seafarers’ performance across the fleet used to identify training needs by coordinating with the Marine people Team, Fleet, and Marine Operations.
• Assist the Training Manager in identifying the various data points (promotion, availability, need) to prioritize and anticipate the need from operations correctly.
• Ensures feedback on training is gathered, analyzed, and actioned.
• Management of all matters related to training.
• Responsible for organizing internal training, where suitable.

Job Description: Principal Architect

We are seeking an experienced Principal Architect, reporting into our Co-Founder/Chief Product Officer. As a Principal Architect, you will help lead the architectural design and development of our fintech products. With strong engineering expertise and being a technical leader; you will be involved in managing the entire system design architecture, including the transaction system.

You will:

• Lead complex software development, and design system architecture and solution to improve and scale up existing software products
• Ensure software development is robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs
• Think deeply about technology and architecture choices in your domains, communicate trade-offs
• Create technical requirements and software design document in a professional manner
• Become the in-house, leading expert in the software requirement and design of the software platform
• Contribute directly to high and low level design, and able to participate in coding and software development
