Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and supervising marine construction projects till completion.
• Overseeing and supervising the rock placing and compaction work in marine construction.
• Overseeing and launching the concrete precast vertical wall in marine construction.
• Coordinate and monitor the reclamation work in the project and at the supply source.
• Liaise and coordinate with marine and land survey team.
• Implement and monitor safety matters accordance with Work Place Safety and Health regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise the subcontractors and direct construction workers.
• Monitor, review and report the work progress to immediate superior daily.
• Plan ahead and problem-solving skill will be added advantage.
• Ability to communicate and work with client, consultant and subcontractors.
• Positively work with management and operation team.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Civil Engineering.
• Preferably 2 to 3 years’ experience in Reclamation, Marine Construction and Civil Engineering works.
• Fast learning and understand the process of marine construction.
• Leadership and coordination skill.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel, Words and AutoCad.
• 5.5 days working week.
• Project Site at Woodlands area

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage reclamation and land work operations, including, temporary works, sand filling, and compaction activities.
• Monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all works comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and submit required reports, permits, and documentation for local authorities and project stakeholders.
• Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Resolve any construction issues that arise on-site.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with client representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Ability to clearly present project updates, resolve conflicts, and build positive relationships with management and all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land reclamation or land development projects.
  Experience with large-scale civil engineering projects, including coastal or marine environments, is preferred.
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and AutoCAD.
  Familiarity with local environmental and safety regulations.
  

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work on-site 5.5 days per week at project locations.
• Project site located at Woodlands

• Ensure standards for food quality and preparation
• Co-ordinate with logistics department for timely collection and delivery schedules
• prepare daily delivery list for frozen meats and others
• Manage all frozen meat delivery and assit to production and others
• Able to Multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Able to handle heavy stuffs like 20-30 kg
• Able to work long hours and weekends

QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to work in cold Environment
• Class 3 Licence
• Forklift Licence (if have is a Plus point)

Manage Financial Accounting and Reporting and day-to-day finance functions, including but not limiting to the following:

1. Manage Finance Accounting Functions & manage timely and accurate month-end closing & reporting of results;
2. Prepare monthly financial and management reports and variance analysis at company level and monthly consolidation accounts;
3. Prepare and finalize annual audited financial statements and liaise with external auditors;
4. Prepare consolidated data for the parent company's annual audited consolidated financial statement;
5. Prepare tax computation;
6. Prepare GST report and GST returns for quarterly filing;
7. Involve in annual budget / rolling forecast
8. Manage Fund Management in SAP;
9. Ensure compliance with internal controls;
10. Involve in new processes, report automation and system implementation when required.

Any tasks that may be assigned by Management as & when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy/finance/business or equivalent qualifications
• Relevant Experience and specific skills required 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing company/ big audit firm,
• Proficient & Hands-on with SAP Power BI and advanced Excel
• Knowledge in consolidation accounting Knowledge of Anaplan and Power BI is preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills
