• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Responsibilities:

• To plan and attend to any queries or complaints on requisition for work and defects raised by Driver or other department
• Liaise with company’s mechanic or external contractors for all repairs and servicing work
• Plan service & maintenance schedule of Vehicle/Machines and ensure that they are carried out accordingly
• Prepare servicing documentation and report.
• To properly and systematically keep records of all quotations, drawings and manuals pertaining to works and to update the record to SAP system as soon as such works have been completed.
• Ensuring that all the ISO documentations relating to Technical/Maintenance of vehicle are up to date
• To monitor and keep superior informed regularly the work progress and development for which the works are assigned.
• Actively participates in meetings with operation partners to finalize priority of work orders, optimum downtime windows and necessary lead times

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level / ITE certificate
• Computer literate
• Physical work required
• Self-motivated, self-discipline, Independent, patient and willingness to learn
• Applicants who have no prior experience are also welcomed to apply
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage.
