The Operational Technology (OT) Solution Consultant role is a customer facing domain expert who will drive innovative business solutions with our customers, by applying technical and business skills.

This role is a Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering/Solution Consulting role. You will partner with sales, solution consulting and the rest of the ServiceNow ecosystem to achieve customer success through thought leadership and driving awareness. The role takes a consultative approach with our customers and prospects to discover and map business outcome-driven solutions.

• Create and contribute in Sales campaigns focused on Operational Technology
• Serve as a thought leader on Operational Technology for ServiceNow
• Strong alignment with Product Management and Engineering teams on roadmap and field feedback from customer and industry lens
• Create and support programs that enable Solution Consultants to demonstrate the value of Operational Technology
• Demonstrations of solutions, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers around Operational Technology and ServiceNow
• Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects.
• Supporting Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc.
• Staying current on competitive analysis and understand how to best position ServiceNow solutions.
• Understanding business and technical problems addressed by the product including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, licensing models, etc.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will use your technical expertise to support the Facilities department in maintenance and repair tasks on the interior and exterior of IKEA Tampines building.

Your assignment

• Manage and attend to requests relating to mechanical and HVAC systems in the building (e.g. fire protection system, sprinkler, air compressor, chiller checking, AHU checking, etc.)
• Perform investigation and rectification works and update the Supervisor/ Technical Officers.
• Perform and ensure all preventive maintenance works are carried out according to the maintenance programs and procedures.
• Carry out any ad-hoc maintenance or repair work as assigned while ensuring safety first.
• Follow up and provide timely updates to Team leader and Manager on the status of the request.
• Identify and report the need for repairs or breakdown issues.
• Undertake other duties as per assigned.

Your profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility/building maintenance.
• Possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.
• Effective team player with good attention to details and strong follow-up skills.
• Strong multi-tasking ability and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to commit working on AM & PM shift, including weekends and public holidays.

The Day-to-Day Activities

• You will champion the brainstorming and storyboarding pieces that are relevant, sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting Partners to take action

• You will direct, produce, optimize and publish content on the team’s various social media platforms that are in line with the team’s intent and direction

• You will manage all the team’s social media platforms including Facebook Groups

The key focus for the Recruitment Relationship Manager (Recruitment Partner) is to lead the successful fulfillment of open vacancies with relevant hiring managers and to be the first point of contact for their hiring needs. You will work collaboratively with and provide direction to the Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Recruitment Coordinator.

In this role, you will assist in driving best practices across the recruitment lifecycle and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Undertaking recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing.
• Understanding the recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that account KPIs are met.
• Communicating recruitment trends, market intelligence, and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
• Identifying and escalating risk or compliance issues.
• Managing requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment-related data and information as per current recruitment legislation and agreed client process at all times.
• Providing recruitment guidance and advice to the Recruitment Sourcing Specialist and Recruitment Coordinator located in the Recruitment Delivery Center.
• Monitoring and analyzing recruitment activity of designated business areas for accurate volume forecasting. 
• Coaching candidates on how to prepare for selection stages.
• Providing professional advice and open and honest feedback to candidates in a timely manner and in accordance with recruitment best practices.
• Utilizing specialist market knowledge to assist with the development and ongoing management of pre-qualified talent pools in collaboration with the Recruitment Sourcing Specialist.
