As Flight Training Operations Specialist - Training Support & Delivery, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to the flight crew training courses conducted by AATC whilst ensuring the highest quality of flight training and satisfaction is delivered to Airbus customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as the primary focal point for internal/external customers and their trainees from start to end of their training in AATC.
• Check and ensure trainees fulfil all necessary flight experience and prerequisites during the registration process. 
• Check and ensure all regulatory approvals are attained before training commencement. 
• Prepare grade sheets, course materials and other relevant training paperwork for Training department.
• Perform trainee registration using Company tools and in accordance with Company procedures.
• Conduct welcome briefings for trainees on the first day of their training.
• Monitor completion status of trainees attending remote learning courses.
• Provide regular updates to customers’ training department on trainees’ progress when courses are ongoing.
• Liaise with Training department and instructors on the completion of training records when courses are ongoing and/or completed.
• Collaborate with other internal departments (Planning, Training, Maintenance, Quality, Customer Experience and Commercial Sales) on operational matters during training execution.
• Manage any training disruptions or unscheduled changes to training course programmes with internal departments and customers.
• Prepare course certificates, licensing paperwork and organise training records for customers in accordance with Company procedures upon customers’ completion of training.
• Manage test notifications, process and submit flight crew licensing paperwork to Civil Aviation Authorities on behalf of Training department and/or customers.
• Perform archiving of trainee folders in accordance with Company procedures.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Participate and contribute to Training Operations improvement projects under guidance of Training Operations Director
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional customer experience, such as birthday celebrations for trainees and welcome ceremonies for new airline customers.
• Assist in any ad-hoc operational duties assigned by the Training Operations Director

Requirements

• Min. Diploma in aviation/aerospace/aeronautical fields with 2-3 year working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Understanding of CAAS and/or EASA flight crew licensing regulations will be advantageous

Knowledge Graph Development: 

• Design and develop a knowledge graph model tailored to the circular economy. 

• Curate and integrate data from various sources to populate the knowledge graph. 

Integration with circular economy processes: 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the knowledge graph into existing circular economy processes. 

• Identify opportunities for automation and data-driven decision-making using the knowledge graph. 

Documentation and Reporting: 

• Document the development process, methodologies, and key findings. 

• Generate regular reports and presentations to update stakeholders on progress and outcomes. 

• Responsible to support Purchasing Manager and Cost Control in the smooth and efficient operation of the Purchasing, cost control, and receiving functions.

• Negotiate with selected suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
• Ensure that the purchase policy and procedures are strictly adhered to.
• Ensure cost effective purchases while maintaining quality and service, for all supplies and services.
• Ensure most economical purchase of goods and services for the hotel, ensuring that purchasing is committed on most competitive terms.
• Choose the best price not at the expense of maintaining our quality and standard.
• Process Purchase Requisition, ensuring quotations are attached and explanations are sufficient to support the purchase.
• Support Purchasing Manager in purchasing decisions by comparing quotations.
• Prepare the required reports assigned by Purchasing Manager.
• Keep close contact with the suppliers for obtaining updated and relevant market information and report to Purchasing Manager.
• Keep records of a purchasing development such as Purchase record, Vendor Record, Blueprint and specification record, print forms record
• Bids received must be based on a specified quality and quantity. All purchase requests must state vendors names in the appropriate spaces and bids received from each vendor on the appropriate lines.
• Order placed with suppliers must ensure the following considerations :
• · That bids are for the specified merchandise. If yields differ, the lowest price may not be the best to buy.
• Promptness of service and past experiences with vendors should be
• · considered in selecting the vendors. However, care should be taken to avoid reliance on a limited number of suppliers.
• · In obtaining quotations, ensure that it includes freight and delivery to the Hotel.

• Assist Cost Control Executive in cost control and receiving functions
• Assist to ensure Store, Receiving and all their related areas are strictly complied with the standards at all time.
• Support Cost Control Executive in conducting monthly inventory of beverage store and supervising stock-taking in stores, kitchens and bars.
• Support Cost Control Executive in checking recipe costings, inter-kitchen transfers, wastages at outlets, beverage variances and any other cost control related matters.
• Assist to check Market List, Receiving Record, Costing List to ensure the effectiveness of the control system.
• Perform duty as and when required by Director of Finance.

• Develop and implement tailored Project Control concepts for data center construction, ensuring precise cost and document control.
• Establish and communicate effective processes for control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive major project control milestones, including cash flow, monthly pay applications, schedule management, and final accounts.
• Manage commercial activities with GC and key sub-contractors, overseeing day-to-day project control.

• Collaborate with Scheduler on schedule progress reports and analysis.
• Assist in review, development, issuance, and evaluation of subcontract change orders.
• Maintain and control budgets, providing detailed cost reporting updates.
• Identify and evaluate potential changes, review contractor invoices, and coordinate implementation plans.
• Present cost analysis results to clients, ensuring alignment with governance and objectives.
• Define work scope, prepare schedules, and budgets for various-sized projects.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, speed, and effectiveness.
