The Senior Director, Strategic Transformation – Asia will be a key driver of growth and innovation, shaping and executing the regional strategy for the Taste business. As a core member of the Taste Leadership Team, this role will lead critical transformation initiatives, optimize business processes, and align digital strategies to enhance operational excellence. Working closely with Sales, Business Units, and Global Pricing teams, the Senior Director will foster cross-functional collaboration, manage strategic projects, and develop customer-centric solutions that drive efficiency, profitability, and long-term success across the region.

Your key responsibilities
· Active member of the Taste Leadership Team for Asia and as such is responsible for Regional strategy and achievement of key targets
· Coordinates development, execution and tracking of Regional Taste Strategy in combination with Sales and Business Unit leadership
· Provides leadership to the Pricing team and works with Pricing Manager, Business Units and Global Pricing to ensure proper strategy, accuracy, efficiency, and speed of service
· Provides leadership to the Strategic Transformation Management function to ensure accurate and efficient operation of business processes in the region, including the B2A process, training and onboarding
· Leads vitality analysis across various segments, consults with Business Units and Sales to recommend actions to improve the health of the business
· Develops strategies and actions to work more efficiently
You bring
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science, or a related field
· 10+ years of experience in the Food & Flavor industry preferred, with a background in commercial, financial, or business consulting roles
· Strategic Expertise: Proven ability to develop strategies, track performance, and drive business growth
· Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, with analytical skills to support data-driven decisions
· Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders to achieve results
· Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives
