Key Responsibilities

• Strategic communications planning: Create, nurture, and execute a proactive, integrated internal and external executive communication support model, strategy, and roadmap that reflects the priorities for the region and builds effective connections with key audiences.
• Executive messaging and presentation development: Collaborate closely with senior executives to create executive narratives and presentations that reflect their voice and vision. • Localization and translation: Localize corporate communications for APAC audiences, managing translations into Mandarin, Japanese, or other relevant languages to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy.

You will primarily be:

• Responsible for the deployment, and support of ad server tagging delivery through work tickets on JIRA for the TAAG (Technology And Activation Group) Team.
• Supporting our regional data operations team, and platform experts to deploy brand safety solutions for our media where applicable teams across clients in Asia-Pacific.
• Monitor ad server delivery to ensure that ad serving is within norms and no abnormal ad delivery.

As part of Raffles Hotel Singapore’s Leadership Development Programme, the Food and Beverage Management Trainee will gain practical experience and knowledge through a structured 18-months programme.
