· Ensure efficient sorting, retagging and/or tagging of bags and transferring them to correctly labelled trolleys and containers

• Overseeing daily operations ie. opening, closing, daily stock take, customer service, cashiering, visual merchandising, goods receiving or deliveries
• Ensuring excellent in-store customer service and experience
• Achieving or exceeding the brand's sales and customer growth targets
• Planning and executing all in-store activities required by the Group
• Building strong in-store loyalty with customers, and assisting with analysis of trends, customer insights and demographics to increase brand loyalty
• Assisting in reporting on product and overall sales performance
• Working closely with the Retail & Community Manager on rostering, maintaining service and disciplinary standards

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years working experience in retail (Fashion or F&B a bonus) or a customer-facing role
• Honest, hardworking, responsible, pro-active and a strong team player
• Able to converse fluently in English
• Must be able to commit 44 hours a week, including one day each weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday)

As a Call Centre & Reservations Agent, you’ll deliver exceptional guest experiences by handling hotel guest inquiries and room bookings through phone calls or emails promptly.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Assisting hotel guests in making hotel reservations, modifying or cancelling room bookings
• Processing hotel room reservations through various channels such as phone, email and online platforms etc
• Addressing guest concerns and providing information about hotel services, amenities and policies
• Upselling of additional services such as dining options, room upgrades etc
• Handling all internal and external guest enquiries promptly with minimal delay, directing them to the correct parties with which they wish to speak to and provide information where necessary
• Positively deal with and learn from customers’ complaints and comments with follow-up and feedback to the related Call Centre Manager / Duty Manager
• Follow-up with guests to ensure satisfaction with problem resolution (service recovery)
• Ensuring all guest requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively
• Handling and delivering all messages in a private and confidential manner, ensuring privacy for guests and ensure that the messages are received and delivered clearly, accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure guest request is followed-up and ensures follow-up procedures are maintained
• Ensuring timely wake-up call services for hotel guests
• Handling payment transactions and ensuring compliance with payment policies
• Carrying out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as requested by the Call Centre Manager

What we need from you

• Be proactive towards guests and their request
• Minimum ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience
• Patient and responsible to solve all problems
• Motivated and committed, approaching all tasks with enthusiasm and seizing opportunities to learn new skills or knowledge in order to improve personal performance
• Be knowledgeable about Singapore and places for business travellers/ tourists
• Able to commit rotating working shift hours - Morning, Afternoon and Night Shift (5 days work week, 9.5hours per shift including 45 minutes meal break)

• Assist in the preliminary sourcing of repair vendors for parts supported under SIAEC’s ITM programs. To assist the executive in evaluating repair vendor quotes received under the various repair sourcing exercises and provide recommendations for approval.
• Supports repair vendor sourcing activities for both ITM programs and 3rd party hangar checks.
• Follows up with quality on vendor evaluation and approval into SIAEC vendor listing.
• Monitors approved repair vendor listing to maintain currency of vendor network.
• Maintains preferred vendor listing to facilitate ease of repair order creation as well as updates outhouse maintenance contracts in SAP.
• Supports executive in generating necessary data for management reporting.

Requirements:

• Polytechnic Diploma in an Engineering field
• Working experience in Repair Management, vendor sourcing or Inventory Technical Management in the aviation industry would be an advantage
• At least 2 years working/professional experience. Working experience in the aviation industry would be preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Good communication and writing skills
• Able to think analytically
• Advance computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, and Tableau would be an advantage
