We're looking for an Operations Executive (3 months FTC) to join our team in Singapore as part of our Operations function.

Your team:  This role will sit within the Operations Team to support the operational delivery of the Money20/20 Asia show

Your Role: You will be a core support role both in the lead up to and onsite delivery of the show.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Event Operations and Commercial Operations Leads with pre-show and onsite planning and delivery.
• Management of the exhibition floor pre-show and onsite, including but not limited to stand plan management, delivery for turnkey stand packages, support with floor plan management liaising with the Venue, General Contractor and other exhibition contractors such as Health & Safety Floor Managers and Exhibitor Contractors.
• Oversee sponsor onboarding, including pre-show and onsite support, information and logistics and focussing on providing an excellent experience for sponsors.
• Mailbox management: efficiently manage the inbound and outbound messages through the assist mailbox, ensuring timely and organised handling of incoming messages, in alignment with company policies demonstrating a high level of customer service.
• Manage the collation and management of accurate sponsor data used by various teams and partners according to strict company and data protection policies.
• Responsible for the process of collecting and uploading sponsor profiles and logos to the show website and app.
• Administration including but not limited to the production of pre-show and onsite documentation, briefing packs, minute taking for weekly team meetings, raising purchase orders and cross-checking data.
• Support on other core delivery activities of the show such as, but not limited to coordinating branded assets, ordering show resources, managing show shipments, managing onsite requirements and scheduling of temporary staffing for the show and setup and management of the onsite organisers office.

The role

You will be responsible for building our retail business unit and ensuring that company policies and procedures remain consistent across individual locations. You are the main point of contact and communications between HQ and the store teams, delivering service and operations excellence. Reporting directly to the Head of Retail, you will coordinate the full spectrum of business activities encompassing inventory control, budgeting, team trainings, and vendor relations.

• Audit payroll data & prepare monthly payrolls for all Retail staff

Store Operations (Backend)

• Be the key operations liaison personnel for all stores - ensure that any key operational information is promptly and accurately delivered from HQ to retail teams

• Provide feedback from Retail POV to relevant stakeholders, so as to optimise communication, coordination and execution for retail teams

• Assist in overseeing general store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures by auditing various operational aspects of stores on store visit
• Liaise with cross-functional departments and external vendors to troubleshoot operational tech & equipment, such as POS issues, fabric & production defects, resolving customer grievances etc.
• Manage user feedback on internal systems, and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to provide after systems support and determine solutions. Set timelines and manage production, execution and accuracy of new initiatives or operational procedures
• Constantly reinvent and improve operational workflows, investigating and providing long and short term solutions to arising issues.

Airwallex is looking for a world class B2B marketer to drive growth and help scale our South East Asia business. You will work closely with commercial and strategy teammates, and will report directly to the General Manager, Asia. You’ll act as a B2B marketing all-rounder and will accelerate our customer acquisition efforts via a mix of online and offline channels. This will be a senior hire on the South East Asia team and we are looking for a resourceful, creative go-getter who is willing to strategize, implement, test and iterate to help us scale our marketing efforts. You will:

• Own Marketing strategy and planning - develop a comprehensive B2B Marketing strategy across all channels to acquire and retain customers to support the SEA businesses.
• Drive performance marketing - work with the SEA Commercial team and Global Marketing team to plan and execute online performance campaigns including paid social, display, and SEM
• Manage offline marketing campaigns - analyze opportunities and own the launch of offline campaigns, including first- and third-party events
• Oversee local product launches - work with our strategy, go-to-market, and Product Marketing teams to launch new products in the Americas
• Drive content marketing - partner with the Content Marketing team to layout and execute a comprehensive content strategy, including industry-specific whitepapers
• Optimize CRM strategy - work with the account management team and Global Marketing team to scale and optimize email marketing campaigns
• Performance management - review, discuss, and analyze the current performance of marketing campaigns and iterate based on early findings
• Deliver insights - surface customer insights that enrich our understanding of our buyer personas, and craft a value proposition that resonates with key segments

You have:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 7-10+ years experience in Marketing (ideally B2B) and familiarity with both online and offline channels
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to get your hands dirty
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer obsessed approach
• An innate desire to Past fintech and startup experience is a plus
