• Daily reporting to Medical Services Consultant on call activity and outcomes. Provide end to end support for each case handled.
• Ability to assist customers on their recovery claims process.
• Reply to emails related to claims recovery and concierge services and answer hotline calls.
• Attend service and product trainings or any other trainings as and where required.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures for customer data privacy and protection.
• Provide Team Lead with feedback from customers and financial consultants.

KPIs

You will be required to:

Qualifications / Criteria

• Two years’ experience with outbound or in-bound call centre environment.
• One to two years’ experience in integrated shield or life insurance preferred.
• Poly diploma, GCE A level or relevant work experience.

This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining the technical architecture for an enterprise-grade OutSystems application, ensuring stability, scalability, and adherence to best practices. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Solution Architect to deliver a robust and reliable solution tailored to the client's unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Design and oversee the technical architecture for OutSystems applications, ensuring alignment with the project’s goals and Government standards.
2) Implement OutSystems installations on both on-premise and cloud environments, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.
3) Work closely with the Project Manager to align technical deliverables with project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
4) Collaborate with the Solution Architect to maintain the integrity of the solution design and support architectural decisions.
5) Lead at least one full platform version upgrade, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal impact on operations.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.
6) Engage with Government stakeholders as needed, understanding their requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years working with OutSystems, with a strong background in technical architecture and system design. Not just a developer but having experience more on OutSystems architecture, version upgrade, migration etc

Technical Skills:
1) Proven experience with OutSystems architecture, including installations in both on-premise and cloud environments.
2) Familiarity with LifeTime and experience managing applications and environments using the tool (bonus).
3) Demonstrated experience performing at least one platform version upgrade for OutSystems.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working on Government projects or within the Public Sector (preferred).
4) Certification in OutSystems is an advantage.
5) Familiarity with security and compliance standards in Government projects is a plus.
