Position Purpose:

The Investment Allocation Analyst assists in the daily portfolio management of Multi-Asset portfolios. These responsibilities include but are not limited to daily cash flow management and rebalancing trade activity along with reviewing strategic & tactical allocations to ensure adherence to investment objectives. • Regularly check the status of the PMS system in relation to expired planned maintenance, control machinery running hours, and schedule necessary works and vessel class/statutory inspections.
• Plan corrective repairs in cooperation with the vessel crew and other stakeholders, supervise and report on dry-docking works and substantial repairs, verify compliance with the Classification Society, and coordinate with third-party contractors for repairs and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate closely with the operational Superintendent on manpower and shift planning of the vessel crew, work closely with the Safety department to ensure all jobs comply with the Safety Management System (S.M.S), and provide regular updates on vessel/equipment status to the operational department.
• Coordinate with the Procurement team to purchase the correct spare parts and items relevant to the smooth operation of the equipment, and assign tasks to vessel crew regularly while monitoring their day-to-day activities.
• Record and maintain documentation of all works carried out, including third-party job completion reports, and work closely with the operations team to plan corrective repairs and ensure minimal equipment downtime.

• Working with your segment-focused marketing managers and sales consultants, support the creation of a demand generation strategy that meets regional targets​.
• Researching prospects, target personas, and segment landscape to assist with lead scoring and account-based marketing​.

Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Finance function which includes:

• Handling the full spectrum of the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Ensuring the accurate/timely verification and processing of invoices, claims, and payments to vendors/staff
• Familiarize with the Gym Management System and perform checks using the database
• Generating sales reports (i.e., updating of daily sales figures, sales tracking etc.)
